First class customer service
Problem with my cartridge is sorted out immediately, within a day of emailing they were back to me and a new cartridge sent 2 days later. Excellent service and can use Cartridge People knowing that if there is a problem they just sort it straight away. Thank you!

Whilst we have used Cartridge People…
Whilst we have used Cartridge People for years with no problems at all recently we had to contact them as our cartridges did not arrive. Caroline, that messaged us back was really helpful, and later phoned us to check our parcel had arrived. She really could not have done more. a 5* service....and its not often you can say that these days

Excellent customer service and products
We've been using Cartridge People for quite a few years now & have been buying their own brand of printer cartridges for a few different printers. They hold more ink & are cheaper. One time I had a problem (think the printer hadn't been used for a while) & had a support person spend ages with me as we tried all sorts of things. Not sure it got fixed, but think the problem was ours (ie not using the printer) rather than the cartridge......hopefully we have learnt from that lesson! The current order which just arrived today was originally sent very punctually after ordering it, but Evri 'lost' it. Gemma from customer services sent me replacement cartridges straight away! Plus a little present :-). I recommend this company - great service, products and price.

Delivery is always prompt, and prices are fair. Amazing customer service - had a defective cartage, and the issue was resolved by their advisor Alison, with a rapid offer of tech support, followed by a replacement item at no cost to us. Compatible Drum and Toner
We recently ordered compatible drum and toner for our printer. Unfortunately they did not work and I had to phone for assistance. I spoke to Sam who was extremely polite and helpful. he listened to my problem and took the time to go various options to try to fix it. He very quickly came to the conclusion that they were not compatible with my printer (maybe the fact it is quite old). He then said he would send out my original order of genuine units. Totally satisfied with the service I received today from Sam - he is a credit to your company.

I had an issue with a cart I'd received…
I had an issue with a cart I'd received from these guys. But having had several orders without issue before I got in touch. They responded quickly, George walked me through the necessary checks to try and resolve it myself and when those didn't stick got a replacement sent out. That's arrived and I'm printing again. Thanks for the support and quick happy resolution. How you handled this issue gives the confidence to order again.

I didn't actually get my delivery as…
I didn't actually get my delivery as EVRI managed to damage it beyond repair. I contacted Cartridge People to explain and dealt with a lovely gentleman called Liam. Liam was so quick to respond and very apologetic- even though it wasn't their fault. I explained that I didn't want them to send a replacement as I needed the paper urgently and didn't trust EVRI to get it delivered, so I accepted a refund. I have had cartridges from this company on a number of occasions, and will continue to order from them in the future as their service is very good, plus this issue was not their fault. Thankyou very much to Liam for his very quick and helpful responses

Ordered 2 laser ink cartridges from…
Ordered 2 laser ink cartridges from Cartridge People, at first I thought ordered wrong ones because they were a lot smaller, contacted company and was informed by George that I needed to take the drum off my old cartridge and attach to new ink cartridges this was an easy fix to do thanks to George’s help and guidance, never knew the drum would last longer than the inks, so wasted cartridges. Least I now know, support and help from George has been fantastic, never been told to take drum part off, highly recommend and will be getting future cartridges from Cartridge people.speedy free delivery as well.

Non Existant Customer Service
Purchased an Epson XP-15000 printer on the 14th August. It started to fall apart by the end of August. Cartridge People say it has nothing to do with them, despite the UK law saying I must return it to them for a refund or replacement. Customer service is not in today.
Hanna from customer technical support says she is dealing with it. I am waiting for the support.

I recently ordered cartridges from Cartridge People for the first time, after seeing so many positive reviews online — and I’m happy to say I wasn’t disappointed! 🙂
They have a great choice of printer cartridges, including both original brands and their own alternatives. Delivery was quick and the cartridges arrived well packaged.
I had a small issue installing the cartridges, but Sam from Customer Services was extremely helpful and professional. Sam supported me by both email and phone and did everything possible to help resolve the issue.
Excellent customer service and a great experience overall. Highly recommended! 👍

I rang to query my recent order and was put through to Sam who was very helpful, friendly and professional. He got the information that I required in the blink of an eye. During the call Sam gave me additional advice regarding my particular printer and the use of third party cartridges. For my next order I will be going down that route having been reassured regarding full compatibility and what would happen if anything went wrong with the printer.

Efficient and personable service
Placed an order with Cartridge People as they offered the best price for the toner I needed.
Ordering was straight forward with a confirmation email being received almost immediately.
Item was posted out the same day with delivery due with DPD. DPD tracking information was also provided.
I had issues with the delivery, this was due to DPD not Cartridge People. Contacted Cartridge People regarding this and they found a solution the same day.
I would definitely purchase from them again, it was nice to receive such an efficient, personable service.
