I'm a long-time Cartridge People customer, and for very good reason. They are always an absolute pleasure to order from. Their pricings are fantastic, & they regularly have deals on top of bargain base prices.
If you have ever have any issues (this is rare!), their customer service is top tier. They are super efficient, friendly, and solution-oriented. I recently had the pleasure of having some help from support from George & Melanie, both of whom helped me immensely. They were thoroughly kind & knowledgeable, so a special thanks to them.

I had an issue with the ink I received from Cartridge People for my HP Smart Tank 7605 and it wasn’t being recognised by the printer.
George dealt with my issue promptly, identified the root cause within a day and arranged an engineer visit. When engineer support wasn’t available for this printer, he offered to replace the printer instead.
A very quick and excellent solution. Great customer service from George. I’ll definitely buy my ink from Cartridge People again. Thanks Subra.

I found that my printer has been set to accept HP branded cartridges only, which I didn't know. so the ordered cartridges wouldn't print. I contacted Cartridge People and got an email within the hour, from the wonderful Melanie who was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and very understanding. A refund was made and I've order replacements of HP branded inks. Thank you Melanie your help is appreciated.

Great technical help but poor delivery service
I rang to find out what was going on as my Epson ET-4856 had needed a new Maintenance Box and I was getting conflicting delivery messages from the delivery people (EVRi) after it had been ordered. When it did finally arrive, and contrary to the tracking messages that I received from EVRi, the printer kept rejecting the new box.
I spoke with Sam who was both courteous and competent, and the box was soon successfully reinstalled. Thanks, Sam, but I suggest that Cartridge People review which delivery agent you decide to use in future as well!

I was having problems with a printer…
I was having problems with an older second hand printer I had just bought in good faith, with ink jets being blocked - It took a whole set of cartridges doing 'clean printhead' operations and a printer jet flushing kit later, to conclude that the printer was not serviceable or viable. I was asking for help and advice throughout the unfortunate and very frustrating saga, from Melanie, Alison and Aden, and they were super helpful, very professional and gave me several things to check and try, so that I could confirm the extent of the malfunction and conclude the options possible for any resurrection!. I remain very grateful. So thank you for great customer service and support during very frustrating times guys!!!

Very weird situation
Very weird situation: I put items in my basket, then changed my mind (temporarily, as I wanted to double-check my order), and I got a phone call from them chasing me to buy.
It put me off buying from them altogether; that kind of aggressive sales tactic.

I had experienced deteriorating print quality so raised this with Cartridge People. George helped me test print quality, clean my printer, and, when this didn't resolve the issue, arranged for a replacement set of toners. Excellent service.

Replacement cartridge
I accidentally ordered the wrong cartridges for my printer. I contacted customer services and spoke to Si Bennett who calmly ordered a replacement cartridge for the one I was desperate for, and talked me through returns and refunds. The replacement cartridge came the next day, for which I am extremely grateful. Thank you for superb service!

Great customer service. I bought 2 Cartridge People own brand (non original) HP ink cartridges at a very competitive price and when I tried one in my printer I discovered that it wasn't compatible. I phoned Cartridge People Customer Services and spoke to Wiki who was so helpful and discovered that because I had signed up to HP+ when I bought the printer, it meant my printer could only take original HP cartridges for the life of the printer. I hadn't realised this so Wiki progressed a refund for the cartridge I had opened and sent me a free return link for the unopened one. Such a great service and I will definitely buy more cartridges (only original HP) from CP going forward. Would definitely recommend.

Great customer service from the company when my order “went missing” by the courier used. Caroline & Gemma couldn’t have been more helpful, & there was no hesitation in issuing me with a refund.
I will definitely use the company again, but just request that a different courier is used for my delivery.
