I have never written a review before HOWEVER I was extremely disappointed with Bella Hudson so let this be your warning to proceed with extreme caution or just not at all with them.
I ordered an elegant evening dress and received what looked like a $5 princess dress for a 5 year old. Very cheap quality and the only similarity between what I thought I ordered and what I received was that they were both white.
I thought well no big deal I will just return it for a refund like they advertise. I emailed them. They told me to send pictures of what I ordered and what I received. They offered to send me a different size or item at a 70% discount, so...asking me to spend even more money on them. I said no I will return it for a refund. They offered me a 15% reund so that I won't have to deal with shipping it back.
Moral of the story: beware of Bella Hudson

I have been trying to return a dress for weeks now. It came with no tags, raw hems, and made of extremely low quality material. The email you have to use is extremely frustrating and I have gotten nowhere. They keep offering me partial refunds but i just want my money back as this product is useless to me

Purchased shoes through Bella Hudson, they sent the wrong size, TOO SMALL. They sent out another pair after wanting pictures of the shoes and size tags inside sent thru email. The replacements were TOO LARGE and the size tags inside the shoes were removed so I know it was purposeful. Instead of telling me through they didn'thave my size, they just sent whatever they had on hand after removing the stitched in size tags.
DO NOT ORDER FROM BELLA HUDSON... they pawn off whatever they have, not what you ordered.
They respond to contact them... been there done that only to get more grief from their "help". Stay away from Bella Hudson, they sell cheap garbage, not what you see & think you're getting. They'll be out if business soon thankfully.

Completely false advertising - none of the items that they advertise are true to the items received. Completely different materials, all seams were simply cut and not sewn, incredibly poor quality. Pictures online could not be further misrepresented. Despite this false advertising, they refuse to cover return shipping for a refund. They require customer to pay return shipping to China, which is equivalent to the cost of the dress. Never ever buy from this website.

Edit: I’ve been emailing back and forth with customer service and requesting that they cover return shipping, given the item I received is not the item I ordered. No luck so far.

This company outsources to China and delivers very inferior products that are nothing like what is shown on their website. The blouse I ordered was a cheap clingy fabric, style was totally different - top was longer, different collar, different color, different sleeves! I have been trying to deal with their customer service and all they offer is a 20% discount, saying it will cost too much to return the item to China; refusing to print a return label, on and on it goes. They are a SCAM! Do not order from Bella Hudson, the clothes you order are nothing like what you will recieve.

THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM!!! I ordered a CHIFFON flowy white dress for my rehearsal dinner and I received what almost looks like a slip that goes underneath the dress that hat tulle on it. Customer service says they “forwarded my message to the supplier” and they confirmed it was the correct item. There’s absolutely no way that the chiffon flowy dress I ordered looks like this tulle BS I received. Customer service is terrible as well! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM. THEY DESERVE TO BE SHUT DOWN

The quality of the dress I ordered was terrible. The neckline looked unfinished thus it was unwearable. I immediately asked the company for a refund within the 30 day window. First they offered 70% off a different item. Then they offered a 15 then 20% refund. They finally sent a return address. All customers should know that the are responsible for return shipping TO CHINA. I haven’t sent it yet, but it looks like it will cost somewhere between $15-30. I will never order anything from this company again.

I EMAILED with A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP regarding the awful dress that I ordered that didn't fit in any part of my body. this dress had hips that were for a size 8 and a top that was for a size 2. I never saw HYBRID CLOTHING, but I DID TODAY AND IT that arrived 5 weeks later.

It looked super cute on the WEBSITE....IT WAS NOT SUPER CUTE WHEN I GOT IT HOME :(

The material was awful. CHEAP! COLORS were not vibrant as shown on the website.

In order for my returning the item. I had to put it on and take a picture wearing it and show close up pics of the poorly sewn area.

They are a SCAM!!! DON'T BELIEVE HYPE! BUYER BEWARE!!! THEY ARE GOING TO MAKE YOU WORK HARD TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK. I SAID KEEP THE MONEY. A BAD REVIEW FROM ME I WORTH IT. LESSONED LEARNED.

The individual clothes were poorly sewn. I had three pieces where the bodice was one size, the sleeves another and the body of the top a third size. It was like they took random sizes and sewed them together.

The quality of the fabric is terrible. It does not hang well and does not “breath”

Also, so far customer service is not cooperative. I have to send them photos of the items as well as proof of the label and they still have not confirmed a return and refund.

I would absolutely stay away from these clothes

I ordered two items and was extremely disappointed with the quality and materials. As soon as I received them, I emailed Bella Hudson requesting a return for a full refund under their advertised 30-day refund guarantee.

Instead of providing return instructions, they repeatedly responded by asking me to keep the items in exchange for a small discount on a future purchase. I have made it clear that I want to return the items for a refund, yet two weeks later, I still have not been provided with return instructions.

Their return process feels unnecessarily difficult, especially for a company advertising a 30-day refund guarantee. Customer service is extremely frustrating—there is no phone number to call, email appears to be the only way to contact them, and many of my attempts to resolve this have gone unanswered.

I ordered 3 sets advertised as a linen blend. What arrived was polyester. The sizing was also completely wrong compared with their size chart — trousers ridiculously short and one top wouldn’t even go over my head.

Delivery took over 2 weeks, but the worst part is trying to return them. I’ve been trying for over 10 days, with responses taking days each time.

To add insult to injury, they actually asked me to send photos of myself wearing the clothes to prove they don’t fit!

Misleading descriptions, inaccurate sizing and an incredibly difficult returns process. I would not order from this company again.

I wish I would have read reviews before ordering! DO NOT order from them. Just as other reviewers have said it is impossible to get in touch with anyone at this company. There will be no response to your emails and their phone is busy all the time. So you are forced to decide whether you should just eat the $68 that you spent on the dress or keep trying to get a return slip. Also, as other reviewers have mentioned, the dress looks much cheaper than what is pictured online. Again DO NOT ORDER from BELLA HUDSON!!!!

Worst company ever. I would not recommend ordering anything from this site. They only offer me 15% refund on a dress 2x too big saying I can keep it. I asked for a full refund and was never contacted again.

The sent garment looks nothing like picture. It was was described as a linen blend. The actual fabric is cheap polyester that is clingy. Return policy seems easy on website but they will try to give you discounts on items rather than returning. If you can finally get them to understand you want nothing else from their website, you have to return the clothing BACK TO CHINA! The cost of shipping was the same as I spent on the garments. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The shipping process was a nightmare, took WEEKS to get to me and on top of that the dress looked NOTHING like the picture. Cheap looking and not at all what was advertised.This is a scam...

Awful. This company is out to scam you. Dress was terrible quality, and the returns process is impossible. They don't want to refund you. They keep pushing off sending return labels (you have to send pictures of the dress and correspond with customer support by email), and take forever to email you back. They then offer to refund you 20% of what you paid (which is insane) to "make things easier". Please do not waste your time and money on this company.

The $60 dress that I purchased looks absolutely nothing like the one advertised on the website. Not only does it look like a cheap Dollar Tree dress, or like something I would've thought my kids from Walmart when they were toddlers, it actually has a completely different design. Of course I emailed like they tell you two to be able to return it, but no answer yet. The phone ring is busy. I do not recommend this company.

This company does not have a honest website or cloting materials. When I purchased a dress, they sent something that was not the same dress and I have been going back and forth with emails as they are eager to be dishonest and give me a credit of 60%. I have told them I want my full refund and I will gladly send back the dress that I never agreed to purchase. I have started the process with the Better Business Bureau for those who see this, can start reporting this bad business with them. For now, I am going to continue fighting for what is right and going to reach out to my credit card company as they sent me something that was not what I ordered and paid for. This company should be ashamed of themselves. God sees it all, and is just.

I would give no star if it were possible here. Do Not Buy From This Company. They are based in China which makes returns and exchanges fall on the responsibility of the buyer.

Bella Hudson advertised a blouse which I purchased only to receive something completely unlike it’s picture.

Bella Hudson offered several options none of which were viable because in the case of receiving a product of polyester fabric not at all resembling the pictured product only a full refund was acceptable.

Bella Hudson did not honor or listen to the customer.

I consider Bella Hudson as having the worst customer service possible but certainly the worst I have experienced.

I repeat: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BELLA HUDSON.

Would give zero if I could. The worst quality of a dress I’ve ever bought. When I contacted them about a return I kept getting the run around. First they offered me 50% off of another item LOL. Obviously no. Then they said they’d let me keep the dress and give me a 20% refund. NOOOOOOOO. I said I was a return like your website says I can! I don’t want this dress. I want my money back. I’m now disputing it with my credit card company. Awful service.
