One star is too generous for this company. I experienced a bait and switch with my purchase. The item on the website is absolutely not the product you will receive. Customer service is just a filter to frustrate you with no satisfaction. The product I received is made to look like the picture on their website however is wrong in many ways from cut, color and quality. The product delivered looked homemade to me and was missing any labels. Do not fall for their false advertising.

Where to even start… 4-9 day delivery is at least 6 weeks! The “sweater” that came with the dress was a cheap tshirt! And their return was a 15% off next order as a “return would be so costly to me”. It is a scam company DO NOT BUY!

Buyer Beware! This company is a scam. Do not fall for the professional photos, deep discounts and website that looks like a legitimate American company. Notice no address, phone or way to contact them and no way to review them. I ordered 3 dresses that looked lovely in photos and description but arrived completely different. Very poor quality, paper thin fabric and 1 dress not even the dress ordered. Completely unwearable. Offered easy returns but then refused return after requesting I jump through hoops to convince them. Needed photos of dresses and detailed problem list. Then offered to exchange or give me 15% credit. No return but suggested I donate dresses to charity. I regret not knowing about trust pilot before I purchased.

BUYERS BEWARE. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR RETURN POLICY. IF YOU WANT A RETURN, YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING PERIOD. EVEN AFTER PAYING FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, THEY MORE THAN LIKELY WILL STILL NOT RETURN YOUR MONEY.

This company is a scam. A shirt that was beautifully embroidered ended up just being a print. It was horrible quality. Please don’t buy from them

Total scam. I ordered a knitted sweater and the cost was $70, thinking it would be OK quality at that price point, nothing fancy. What I received was a cheaply sewn, thin fabric sweater. When I tried for a refund they just kept saying keep it and we'll give you a 25% refund or a 35% store credit. I finally got a full refund after issuing a charge back with my credit card.

I wished I would have seen these reviews before purchasing. I bought 5 items that were advertised as 100% linen. Not one item was linen. They were all viscose and polyester. When I told them they falsely advertised items and I would like to return, I was told I would have to pay for a return. Absolutely not. You can take all these items back, I don’t want them. But I’m not paying to get them back to you. I’m now in a fight disputing with my credit card. Such a terrible company.

Terrible quality worse customer service experience!!! Do not buy from them. It’s literally the same exact products on SHEIN for 1/3rd of the price. I made the mistake of ordering a dress and romper and they came terrible quality so I wrote for my return and they wanted proof that it was terrible quality so I took pictures and the more I looked at the items I said this looks like a $10 romper I bought on SHEIN. Sure enough…it was And the same exact image of the model on SHEIN as Barbara denver site. Also all over their site it says easy returns. They want $45 for shipping and handling to return ONE item.

Barbara Dever Boutique is a scam. They advertise beautiful clothing etc., and a 30 day return policy. IF by chance an item just need to be returned, then you were questioned as if you are a criminal. I was required to take photos of my dress on me and on the rack the dress clearly does not fit. Their response tries to make me appear to be the one and only that ever had a complaint. So they offered me to keep the dress and to pick another dress in the same price range but me pay the shipping. I sent them the item replacement number and have yet to hear from them. The 30 days are just about to expire and that been 15 days ago.
Order was placed March 28 and received the week after Mother’s Day. When I questioned where my order was I was told my address could not be found and there was a possibility I would not receive the dress nor a refund. I so hope others see this report and do not fall for their dishonesty.

Purchased 2 items on this site. Received them and they did not fit properly. Site specifically says easy refunds. I tried to return items, after 5 emails back and forth I got an option of 15% back and keep the clothes. Stating they were trying to be eco. friendly with shipping back to China. So I spent $116 and got back $16.99 and 2 pieces of clothing I was told to donate to a charity. Technically not a scam as I received what I ordered however they lie on their site saying easy returns when the have no intention of refunding. Stay away from this site.

Please do not order from this company, I ordered a suede jacket and they sent me a polyester jacket. BIG Scam!

The worst quality and do not accept returns unless your willing to ship it internationally on your costs when it was never disclosed that this was an international purchase. The order was initially shipped domestically. Such a scam!

This clothes sent are not even close to what is in the picture.when you want to return they make you jump hoops with emails...the website has pictures of people and packaging misleading you to believe it is some boutique in america.. the shipment comes from China in a nasty dustry package. I wish I could post an actual pic with the pic in the sent...they sent sth less than $10 for $55
