Ballerine di cartone !
PESSIMA QUALITA‘. Scarpe difettose che si rompono subito.
Mia figlia ha acquistato un paio di ballerine nel loro negozio di Milano. Si accorge che hanno un difetto perché scricchiolano . Le riporta indietro dopo qualche giorno, ma la commessa insiste che è normale e che portandole il rumore sparirà e che se non sparisse, sarebbe meglio portarle da un calzolaio perché Ballerette non ne risponde (?)
Ci sembra assurdo, ma proviamo a farle vedere ad un calzolaio , che conferma che hanno un difetto di fabbrica perché si vede del cartone (?) che sta uscendo da sotto il rivestimento di pelle. Ci dice anche che per legge il venditore DEVE rispondere di un prodotto difettoso e ci consiglia di insistere con il venditore.
Torno io al negozio e la commessa dice che la collega che ha venduto le scarpe a mia figlia non lavora più lì e al massimo possono riconoscere uno sconto del 30% su un nuovo paio a prezzo pieno.
Ma siete seri ????

The process to return the item (too large) was tortuous and involved several emails.

Six weeks later I have finally received a refund. I was told there would be a postage charge of £15 to return the shoes but £30 was deducted.

I'll steer well clear of this company in future.

Buyers beware!! This website is a scam and business is irresponsible. I returned a pair of poor quality wrong size shoes and did not receive the refund. When I contacted customer service, over a week later they said they were going to investigate. When I followed up with them over another week later, they never responded. Had to file a scam dispute via the credit card company to chase them down.

I have had problems with shoes I ordered. The first pair I liked but the size was too small. I tried to process a return via the online portal but received a notice that my order could not be found. I sent an email to customer service, and had to follow up twice. Finally I received an email with the return label I needed. Meanwhile I ordered the next larger size in the same style but I received a totally different shoe in a much smaller size. So…now I have to go through the process of requesting, and following up with them (!) to get a second return label. Then I will watch carefully to make sure I get a refund for both pairs. Ugh. Fortunately I paid with American Express so if I have any issues with my refund I will get them to chase after it. Overall a horrible experience.

I ordered a pair of shoes and unfortunately the size was wrong. I tried to use their website to issue a return/exchange and it had no record of the order number. I also emailed customer service multiple times and received no response. I agree with the other reviews- this has been the worst customer service. I would not order from this company.

Update: I eventually did get a response and I was able to return the shoes and have them send me the correct size. The correct size is great. Hoping the company is improving the customer service and return/exchange process because the shoes are very nice.

Meine Mutter bestellte bei BALLERETTE ein Paar Ballerina .Da die Schuhe von der Grösse nicht passten, ausgesprochen billig aussehen und farblich überhaupt keine Ähnlichkeit mit dem Internet angebotenen Schuhen hatten, muss ich sie zurückschicken.Das war der Plan.
Ballerette habe ich Mails geschickt um die Ware zur Rückgabe anzumelden.Wer aufmerksam liest, stellt fest das es vielen Käufern so ergeht, die hier ihren Kommentar geschrieben habe. Immer das gleiche Schema.Paypal wird als nächstes informiert und wir werden sehen, wie es weitergeht.
Wir möchten diesen Schuh schnellstens an den Absender zurücksenden und das Geld von Paypal erstattet bekommen.
Um den Vorgang zuzuordnen nenne ich auf Anfrage natürlich Bestell Nr .etc.

Warning!!!! Please be alarmed. This company is a shame and fraud. I am trying to get a refund. It’s more than a month ago and the company confirmed the return and promises to refund my purchase but every time they have a lousy excuse. No money returned yet. Never ever buy from this website.

My experience was not worst, but definitely far from good. Before ordering I asked questions to customer service - they responded quickly. Delivery in EU was 20 EUR, parcel was delivered within 5 days, all packed well. Shoes were OK but nothing special, plus on very narrow feet, so I decided to return. Customer service warned return would be 15 EUR and refund would be 30 days after return, and provided me return label next day. DHL courier came to pick up parcel in a day too, so no issues. No refund happened within 30 days after parcel was delivered to store, as per POD. I tried to contact customer service at least 5 times asking for refund, no reaction. I reached out to brand via theirs Instagram page, and customer service returned to me pretty quickly after that and in few days I got refund. Summary - order if you are sure you'll keep the shoes, otherwise - 35 EUR delivery cost wasted plus head ache on refund.

The online purchase option is a scam. I have tried to return the shoes and there is no response to emails.

Acquistate 2 paia ballerine per 308,00€. Qualità assolutamente scadente, costo eccessivo. Un paio, indossato una volta, già sformato e tessuto rovinato, l’altro paio ancora da indossare. Sconsigliate

I ordered two pairs of shoes. They contacted me and said one pair was not in stock (despite still available online) I picked another pair and then never heard from them although I have emailed them three times now. I have now just emailed asking for me £239 back and if I do not hear from them by tomorrow will have to lodge a claim with my credit card company. What a mess. Do not risk it.

Preis/leistungsverhältniss stimmt nicht. Die Schuhe sind okay , aber der Preis ist für die Qualität viel zu hoch.
Die Schuhe sehen auf den Fotos toll aus , der Design und die Farben. In der Realität sind die nicht besonders qualitativ und dafür viel zu teuer

I've been trying to return a pair of shoes for some time now. I ordered a pair of ballet flats and while they arrived in reasonable time, the packaging was poor compared to other brands at the same price point - the box was flimsy and broken. The shoes were poor quality, the insole felt plastic on the top and you could see the foam exposed at the sides. The leather felt relatively cheap. Although I was disappointed, I hate the faff of returning things so was going to still give them a go in the hopes the shoes grew on me. However, when I tried them on the high vamp cut into my foot so I followed the instructions to request a return, including the days I could be available at home for the courier.

I received an email 3 days later stating I could either return the shoes either for an exchange or refund. As returning for refund would cost me £15, I decided to ask for an exchange for a different style in the hopes the replacement shoes might fit me better and be of better quality. As requested I provided all the details for the courier including a day the following week when I could be at home all day.

I heard nothing back and no courier came. I emailed them again stating that due to the poor customer service I had changed my mind and wanted simply to return the shoes.

That was two days ago and I've heard nothing from them. I wish I'd read the reviews on here before purchasing. I'm starting to think this company is a bit of a scam. I'm stuck with a low-quality pair of shoes that cost me over £150 including postage. I bought another pair of similar leather flats from Penelope Chilvers at the same time and the quality difference is like night and day. The PC ones are so much better constructed, the leather feels better, and the packaging was beautiful and in pristine condition.

Versuche seit mehreren Tagen den Kundenservice bezüglich einer Rücksendung zu erreichen. Leider ohne Erfolg. Möchte von der Bestellung 2 Paar Schuhe zurücksenden. Sehr unseriöses Verhalten. Keine Antwort, keine Rückmeldung, keine Reaktion. Gem. AGB benötigt man eine Bestätigung des Verkäufers um eine Rücksendung durchzuführen zu dürfen. Hab die Befürchtung dass falls ich die Rücksendung ohne Genehmigung durchführe , dass ich mein Geld nicht zurück erstattet bekomme.

Mehr als unzufrieden, Schuhe kamen schnell aber sie waren Minderwertig und zudem auch noch getragen ! Nur nach 5-6 malignem Kontakt in der ich darauf hingewiesen habe und zudem auch noch Fotos geschickt habe, hat man mir eine Retoure angeboten auf eigene Kosten

Ballerette shoes run narrow and long like— nothing new there. The customer service is what particular shocked me. I was sent defective shoes and they promised a full refund. After a month of waiting for a refund the finally sent it but only a partial! I emailed them to hold to their promise and they offered me store credit. Obviously, after my experience, I’m not going to be shopping there so store credit would be useless. When I declined the store credit they just stopped answering my emails. I’ve emailed them three times already without a response.

Die Ballarinas wurden schnell geliefert und sind von einer sehr guten Qualität. Besonders das Leder ist sehr weich und der der Schuh ist so bequem wie ein Handschuh. Ich trage sie seit Anfang des Sommers täglich und musste sie bis jetzt nicht reparieren lassen.

Ho ordinato online un paio di ballerine in offerta il 30 agosto '24 per circa 10 giorni sono riuscita a seguirne il tracciamento dopo di che é sparito tutto, perciò ho inviato 2 mail per chiedere informazioni al riguardo ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta.
Probabilmente é un imbroglio e mi hanno rubato il costo delle scarpe più spedizione, avevo messo in conto che potesse essere un imbroglio e mi dispiace averne avuto ragione anche perché le scarpe mi piacevano molto; francamente la cifra che mi hanno rubato è bassa pertanto mi limiterò a questa recensione negativa.
Gli auguro di spenderseli malamente e non specifico come...
Comunque sconsiglio caldamente di acquistare online soprattutto se vi offrono degli sconti particolari perché non sono veri ed è tutto un imbroglio..

Acquistate da Zalando ma qualità pessima e pensare che ne volevo ordinare in due colori! mai più!!
