Abbiamo comprato un paio di scarpe per un compleanno in pieno periodo natalizio . Avevamo sbagliato il numero ma il servizio clienti si è occupato della restituzione e dell'invio del nuovo paio senza addebitarci le spedizioni nonostante avessimo sbagliato noi l'acquisto. E le scarpe sono arrivate rapidamente nonostante chiusure e sovraccarico natalizio. Ottimo servizio clienti e corriere scelto. Consigliata ! Ps: scarpe bellissime!

Les ballerines si t très confortables et la marque propose un grand choix de couleurs très tendance à des prix très raisonnables bravo à vous . J’habite à Dubaï et grâce aux envois internationaux j’ai pu acheter déjà 4 paires de ballerines et j’en suis très satisfaite

ordinate on line, la misura corrisponde esattamente al numero di piede, pelle morbida, comodissime. Sto aspettando gli sconti per acquistare un altro paio

Ballerines très jolies et confortables.

Sono assolutamente entusiasta del mio acquisto! Finalmente ho trovato delle ballerine che non mi costringono a scegliere tra la comodità e un look curato. Il design è semplice ma incredibilmente elegante. Sono curate nei dettagli e si abbinano splendidamente a qualsiasi tipo di abbigliamento, dai pantaloni da ufficio ai jeans.

I truly want to like these shoes, but they run so small. A size 40 fits like a size 38. After placing an initial order for two pairs in my usual size (39) that were way too small, I exchanged one pair for a size 40 but had to take them off after 10 minutes because they hurt so much.

I didn't even return them bc the first return/refund/exchange process was such a hassle.

It took *51* days from placing the initial order (8/2) to receive a refund for one returned pair (9/19), then to receive the exchanged pair (on 9/22, size 40 - that once again, did not fit).

It took over two weeks to receive a basic return label by email to ship the return by mail from NY to NJ (requested Friday 8/8 - received Monday 8/25), and then following their receipt of the return on 9/2, it took over two weeks (and another follow-up email to customer service on 9/17) to receive a refund for one pair (9/19) and the exchanged shoes for the other pair (9/22).

It's a shame as the shoes look lovely on the site but reading the other reviews, they need to review their sizing and their customer service practices in the US.

First pair of shoes was too large for my normal size. I emailed customer service and they helped me to get them shipped back and a smaller size sent. After weeks and multiple failed delivery’s I finally got the replacement shoes but they were even larger than the ones I sent back.

Update: customer service has been in touch and helped sort delivery and return of the second pair of shoes. I recognised that in this case it is the failure of the delivery company and although quite painful customer service has responded promptly to help me resolve. Hopefully the replacement shoes fit as I do really like the shoes.

Sadly one of the pairs ordered was faulty , and had to be returned to Italy .
To be fair the customer service / contact was good .
They refunded me + the postage ..
Have also replaced the faulty shoes ..as a gesture of good will .

Ich habe mehrere Paare zur Auswahl bestellt, ein Paar behalten und den Rest habe ich (auf eigene Kosten) zurückgesendet.
Leider habe ich mein Geld nicht zurück bekommen. Firma behauptet die Ware nicht erhalten zu haben. Die schriftliche Erklärung darüber (die von DHL nun verlangt wird) möchte Sie aber nicht unterschreiben und reagiert auf meine E-Mails nicht mehr.
