Jennifer dealt with the issue in a friendly and professional manner. She had a very good knowledge of the product and was so helpful I'm seeking a solution. Her telephone manner was excellent.

Linzi explained the process well - most importantly she spoke clearly and didn't speak too quickly. She was very helpful and at the end of the conversation she made sure I understood what was going to happen next, and repeated the essential points.
I regard her as an excellent customer service representative.

After giving our name and address, Linzi knew all our details and was very helpful. She answered all our questions honestly and helpfully. She had a sense of humour, which is always good and we were very happy with the outcome.

Molly was sympathetic to my enquiry and explained everything clearly. She also made some suggestions of some solutions to my problem which I tried after the call but unfortunately didn’t resolve things. Thank you.

Very good customer services at Aquilisa. Professional and helpful staff who follow a very clear process.

My husband was very satisfied with the way his phone call was handled today by a very helpful person called Dino. We are now waiting for a call to book an appointment for an engineer to come and look at the shower. Everything seems to be on course for a satisfactory conclusion, and it is reassuring to be dealing with such an efficient and caring company.

Very nice to deal with and easy to order.

I've only given 3 because the initial response of nearly 2 weeks without a shower was totally unacceptable.
Liz was most helpful and I'd give her 4.5 because she was really constructive and helpful and our local contractor soon fitted the shower.
He just works with another guy and I hope he's paid promptly to aid his cash flow.

Kyan was helpful but I didn't expect the service that I am getting to be so expensive.

The customer service is brilliant, they're always helpful and friendly. I've never had a bad experience communicating with customer service and having a call back service is very convenient.

Amazingly quick to order a replacement shower. And was impressed to be offered a deal including fitting the new item.
As I have already paid I can only hope the actual fitting etc go just as smoothly .
Also a pleasure to get through easily to an actual person and on the same telephone number I had on my original shower instructions.
