Liam was helpful, polite and arranged an engineer visit as requested.

I needed a replacement shower hose. As my shower was under guarantee, I simply had to provide proof of purchase and the product was sent to me in a couple of days.

Service was fine once you get to somebody. Wait time for warranty queries advised at 90min & call back service was closer to 3hrs & if you miss their return call you start the whole process again. Definitely need more staff in that section. Other options tried (sales, general enquiries) answer almost immediately!!!

Easy to make appointment to repair shower leak. Disappointed that could not be arranged for 2 weeks.

Call back system worked well. My concern is that it takes 10 days for any help to arrive. The drips are getting worse by the day. Not certain how to cope if it turns into a full flood.
My disabled husband has carers wash him each morning so have requested engineer attends after 9.30am. This request was not actionable on phone.
Otherwise happy with the service on phone today

Jennifer dealt with the issue in a friendly and professional manner. She had a very good knowledge of the product and was so helpful I'm seeking a solution. Her telephone manner was excellent.

Linzi explained the process well - most importantly she spoke clearly and didn't speak too quickly. She was very helpful and at the end of the conversation she made sure I understood what was going to happen next, and repeated the essential points.
I regard her as an excellent customer service representative.

Emily was brilliant with my warranty call. It’s great to be able to get through and immediately arrange for a date for the engineer to visit.

After giving our name and address, Linzi knew all our details and was very helpful. She answered all our questions honestly and helpfully. She had a sense of humour, which is always good and we were very happy with the outcome.

Molly was sympathetic to my enquiry and explained everything clearly. She also made some suggestions of some solutions to my problem which I tried after the call but unfortunately didn’t resolve things. Thank you.
