Kind, professional and very quick service

Very helpful, understanding the problem and booked the service and sent the parts

The first attempt to call support was not great with a predicted wait time of 73 minutes, i rang off but customer service gave good support and requested that they call me.
An Appointment was given for attendance and on the day of the visit a pre call was made to advise on precise attendance time.
Its an intermittent fault so a software upgrade was installed. Hopefully this cured the issue but I was told any problems to call and they would revisit.
Altogether it was professional and efficient but also friendly

The initial response from the Customer Service team when I contacted them was very professional, proactive and positive.
Matt came to view the issue today, he telephoned ahead to let us know what time he expected to arrive and was punctual. He inspected the shower and the unit in the loft and ascertained the issue quickly. Matt replaced the motherboard quickly and efficiently and explained what the issue was and what he was going to do to resolve it. He couldn’t have been more professional or affable, a credit to the organisation. Thank you for resolving the issue. Apart from slightly over a week wait for Matt to be able to see us it has been a relatively painless experience, for which we thank you.

I bought a shower and sadly it had a little bit of a water leak around the thermostatic side. However, Initially they sent out a replacement part which didn’t resolve the issue, 24 hours later they replaced the faulty bar, so far, no leak. However the customer service and how quickly they dealt with things has guaranteed that Aqualisa have a customer for life. Things can have issues and I understand that, but it’s the way in which they’re handled that makes a difference and I cannot fault the customer service or speed in which they’re handled resolved things. I know that if I ever purchase a product I don’t have to worry about a thing, because if there turned out to be any issue, it would be resolved.

David rang ahead when the appointment was due and arrived promptly. After we had explained the issue, variable water pressure, he checked the controller and confirmed it was working properly before clearly explaining how to operate it properly. My wife then carried out a check to confirm the correct operation.
It was a very positive visit and deserving of the 5 stars

Excellent. The telephone agent listened, the plumber phoned promptly, was cheerful and efficient, and showed me the improvement in the shower. I only wish this had been my experience on the initial reporting of the problem because it took far too long with too many false starts to resolve! But if all goes well this time I shall remain a long standing and well pleased Aqualisa customer.

I had an issue with an Optiq Q controller after nearly 4 years as the locking screw mechanism failed.
Wait times can be long on the phone; however I used their call back facility which worked well, and after a few questions, a replacement controller and associated parts were sent out next day delivery.
I was also given the option to have someone come out and fit the parts which would have taken up to 10 days.

Efficient and on time.

I needed to get a replacement for two showers which have had the same issue ie very weak shower pole adjusters with seals that break easily.. When I spoke to Customer Service they were very understanding and reordered replacements immediately. I mentioned that this was not the first time this had happened so Melody said that I should send the broken adjusters/ seals back so that they could see how these could be improved. I thanked her for swift attention and care and have done as she suggested.

Jack was good on the phone. He explained the tests to do with the shower. Amelia explained the repair options,giving me the engineer option which I took. Tariq arrived on time (always good), put his overshoes on (always good) and fixed the shower with no fuss. Job done and one very happy customer. Thanks to all at Aqualisa.

Our shower developed a leek within the guarantee time but unfortunately we had not filled it the guarantee! Aqualisa provided the part at cost price which seems very fair.

Well for a brand new shower we were very disappointed that we had to call you out due to defects, shower only fitted couple of weeks ago. Engineer only rectified fault today so as yet I can’t tell you if it’s going to be any better or not.
