I felt all was good. My only criticism is it's two full weeks before a fitter can come and repair my shower.

I contacted Aqualisa Customer Service and used their callback system. I received their call within the timeframe they had indicated. I spoke to Jack, who understood the issue I was reporting and handled my call efficiently. He requested an engineer visit, and I had a very quick follow up call to arrange the visit for the following day. Overall, a very smooth and professional service from Aqualisa.

Polite person when I telephoned. Questions I had were answered and as I wanted time to consider purchase. Reference number given for if and when I had made a decision to buy. No pressure from representative to buy.

Aqualisa unfortunately dispatched the wrong part for my Aquarian shower but were very apologetic and promptly dispatched the correct part which arrived very quickly.

Expectations of waiting for a call back were provided which was useful.

Informed, helpful and supportive staff.

Dreadful experience would not accept my claim although I registered my products

Exceptional from start to finish. The customer service department at Aqualisa are excellent as are the engineers who actually carry out the work. Very reliable and the highest standard of work. Always highly recommended.

The electric shower at my mother in laws house was leaking where conneceted to the water supply. I tightened and broke the fitting on the shower. The shower unit is only a couple of years old but the fitting is no longer available as a spare. Frankly I find this extremely poor service and would not buy another shower from them on this basis. I now have to spend in the region of £180 for a part worth a few pounds. Very poor service!!

Received a callback from Bethany who was very polite and professional in answering our questions and explaining the warranty repair procedure. Bethany booked our appointment sooner then we anticipated which is a good result.

The part I needed was in stock and was delivered promptly

The fundamentals of the shower are great, the ability you have tapless bath fill the rate/pressure the shower delivers is fantastic. The option to Alexa control and control via the app are very useful. The only concern we have is reliability, the shower randomly air locks it’s self, we’ve had the water system checked no issues, but you could be in the shower and then airlock, we have worked out to clear you turn to bath fill but that’s not the permanent solution. Speaking the the supplier our processors is of a new design and that haven’t seen before, not sure if this needs further works

It would probably have been five but I’m still waiting for a call to confirm the engineers time and day when they will come and look at my shower

Speedy delivery of my Aqualisa shower part. Part easy to fit and a perfect match to original part.

Good service

We were disappointed at the long delay before we could get an engineer to come out. We are both pensioners and my wife has health and mobility issues. Jenifer was very helpful and managed to reduce the time from 13 days to 8 but we will struggle during this period as we have no other facilities.

Shenai was extremely helpful, pleasant to talk to and very professional. Everything was explained clearly. I requested a call back and this was received within the hour as promised.

Very easy to get in touch with, after a few minutes I received a call back. The lady who called back was very helpful and after checking a few details was able to send me a replacement part very quickly, I received the next day and happy to say the shower is working perfectly. Regards Harry…..
