Chris, working in the GROHE spare office, immediately understood the issue that I was facing. Even when explained in my clumsy / non-plumber way. This issue had bugged me for years and he had the solution straight away. I received the little extension kit that was needed free of charge from him yesterday and the issue seems completely resolved! Top notch service as he also saved me a considerable amount of money as the part could only be purchased as part of a set on a 3rd party spares website. Thanks very much Chris!

I contacted Grohe to identify a spare part.
I quickly received a reply the next morning with Chris at Grohe asking for further info, which I sent over to him.
He called me to say that the small part was not available on it's own, but as a goodwill gesture he would give me the complete assembly.
Very prompt responses and a very friendly service, which from such a big international company is amazing.

Had a slight issue with an order from Victoria Plumbing missing a key part to my Grohe Shower system. Reached out to Grohe and they were more than happy to send the replacement part. Very impressed with their after service care.

I emailed customer services asking for advice as to the correct relacement Grohe shower hose for my installation. I had an immediate acknowledgement. The following working day I was sent details of the hose recommended. I bought one and it works perfectly.

We purchased a range of Grohe items (bath mixer, Rainshower, basin mixer) as I had used them several times before, for our loft extension some years ago. Recently the end cover for the bath mixer cartridge broke off during cleaning. It was out of the 5 year warranty and only available as part of the complete cartridge unit. Grohe kindly sent us the specific part from Germany. That, and the quality, is why we go back.

Grohe came back to me with a full response to the questions asked and no supplementary questions were needed.

I contacted GROHE Support for help with a broken shower handle, and Paul was extremely helpful. He responded quickly, dealt with my request professionally and efficiently, advised me on the correct parts, and directed me to a helpful video that made the repair much easier.

I bought a grohe kitchen spray tap for quality and customer service. It’s been amazing for four years and I need a replacement head as it makes a noise although works and no quibble just sent a photo and my copy receipt and it’s being sent to me. You can’t ask for more. Excellent

Made an inquiry about our legacy shower for which we needed a spare. Submitting the enquiry was fairly straightforward and we received a prompt reply to the initial inquiry and subsequent follow-up questions. Now all we have to do is get the old part out of the new one in with nothing breaking!

I recently purchased a Grohe toilet frame for a bathroom renovation, and unfortunately it was missing the hose to connect it to the water supply. Chris from the Customer Support team sent a replacement out the next day, so the installation was not delayed at all.
