I contacted Grohe for a part, which was a problem, and I described my problem to them. They sent me a diagram to identify the Part which I did and they send me the part next day. I replaced the Part but unfortunately there was something else wrong with the shower valve and I contacted them again explain my problem and they send me another part next day. I am very grateful to the Customer Service department Paule and criss. I highly recommend.

I wrote to Grohe customer service regarding a part for a smart shower. I got a reply back the same day and they sent me the part next day. Further more I had an issue with another part of the shower and I contacted them again. Paul from customer support was extremely helpful and located the part and again sent it same day. I give them 5 stars for understanding my problem and sorting out the issue.

I have a twin lever kitchen tap which developed a very squeaky noise on the cold lever. I contacted customer services and almost instantly a very helpful Said responded and very quickly resolved the issue. I really appreciated such a straightforward and quick resolution to my complaint/query.

The Technical Team responded promptly and actioned my request without hesitation!

Had an issue with a wall hung toilet pan. Spoke to technical a couple of times with not much success, then got through to Chris who was really helpful. Sent replacement fixings which worked. 2-3 stars for the others, 5 stars for Chris, hence my 4 star overall rating.

Chris who helped me was brilliant! He quickly identified the parts I needed, and got them ready to post to me within less than half an hour of our phone call. That is truly exceptional customer service and it is very much appreciated.

I emailed Grohe UK about my hot tap boiler not working and enquiring about a technician who could have a look at it. Chris replied very quickly and suggested I try the reset button at the rear of the unit which worked. 👍
