I rang not knowing whether I could get a replacement shower having tried numerous places. Triton were so helpful and supplied me with next day delivery a new same shower.

What an absolute joke customer service this company provide. Buying and installing a shower in Feb 2026 initially everything went well with it. On 19th April however after my partner showered I went also for a shower to find it didnt produce hot water. After initial inspection I called the plumber who attended after 3 days (3 days a family of 4 didnt have shower faclities) and on inspection also confirmed that the shower was broken. He called Screwfix where he got it on his account from and they directed him/us to Triton to organise an engineer. After an hour on hold waiting for connection to an agent I was then told the very soonest engineer would be 30th and then if parts needed ordering then who knows when it would actually be working again. Menstruating woman in the house, 9 year old girl, 17 year old boy and myself washing with a flannel over a sink for a week now! Do Triton care? 100% couldn't care less..... Do yourself a favour and spend a bit more money as clearly these cheap chinese showers that Screwfix sell on behalf of Triton for £125 are clearly rubbish. It should also be said that the new shower replaced a 2 year old version of the same shower from Triton.......... If you can install a combi driven shower would be my suggestion to avoid these problems altogether.. I have no choice but to buy and install a different shower at my own expense given the shockingly bad service Triton offered us! !!!Buyer Beware!!!

Very disappointed with Triton showers selling faulty showers to customers and processing very poor and aggressive customer service manners. They are using a very nasty approach with clients when they ask for support/help with a faulty product. They will tell you we will send an engineer and if it turns out to be a pressure problem in the property then they will charge you for the engineer’s visit and if you do not pay, they will send your case to a debt collection agency. This a measure to deter customers from asking for help. Their response to my complain t has been very slow and they are buying time so my warrantee comes to an end and then they can say it is nothing to do with us.
I did prove that the issue is not due to pressure problem and Severn Trent water packed my evidence and said the pressure in the property is OK. Even it was to be a pressure problem then their product should be adapted to this problem and aim to improve.
You can wait for hours on the phone for them to answer your call. I am so surprised as to how come they were allowed to trade and function in a civilized country with this level of customer service. I have gone through a humungous amount of stress with them and my tenants are suffering as they cannot use the should unless they keep their finger on the switch on button constantly so they have a shower and go to work.

Excellent service , spoke to very helpful lady when I placed the order . Which was delivered the next day .so nice to speak to a person not a AI robot .

Bought a Triton Enrich 8.5kW from Screwfix on 30 April 2024. In under 2 years it stopped heating properly and only ran lukewarm/cold. When I called Triton, I was first told it was out of warranty because they were using the wrong purchase date. After I corrected that, I was told they would still honour it, but also warned I could be charged £99 if their engineer decided it was not a product fault. After reading many similar reviews about disputed charges, I decided not to proceed. I won’t be buying Triton again.

Had to buy a different swing arm for my over sink triton. Customer services were excellent very helpful and new piece arrived shortly. Once assembled and commissioned as per instruction , the T30i is working perfectly.

I was waiting for shower part. Triton took the order, delivered next working day. How good is that ?

If we were talking about the shower itself, then my review would be a 4 or 5 star. However, the positioning of the shower was particularly critical in my case so I checked online and was directed to YouTube. This video confirmed that an installation template would be found to ensure accuracy of screw hole positioning. Before commencing installation I searched for this template but it was nowhere to be found. I called Customer service who initially said they would email an installion guide that would help. It did not!!! I phoned again to ask for the template for positioning screws their own Installtion Video cited and was told that this was no longer issued. When I asked where this left me as I was not willing to proceed without an accurate template, I was "cut off." Good product , very, very poor customer service.
I just do not believe that they do not have even an electronic copy that can be downloaded from their website.

I renewed my shower protection on the telephone call. The call handled was good and things were quick to do.

Poor service. Have an electric shower that is leaking from the hub. Waited 3 weeks for them to turn up and leave the part to be fitted by a plumber that we need to pay to fix it. The shower is under triton warranty but they refused to fix it and pass the job to someone else. They are useless. Do not buy a triton shower

Also when I booked the appointment for the repair, the day they were due to come out, they cancelled, I then had to wait a further 10 days before they arrived, just to not provide any help at all.

Thanks for your reply but we have sorted the problem, we paid for a plumber to fit the part, and would advise any customer thinking of taking out extra warranty with triton to think again as you will waste your money. Triton will not fix your problem. They will supply the part but not actually fit the part as the fitter advised it’s triton policy to only fit parts if the device is directly in-front of them, they will not use ladders and will not moved anything to get to the device, even when the device is fitted as instructed by triton i.e in airing cupboard or loft which I don’t understand, as they’ve been advised not to climb ladders, so how would they get in the loft. Do not use Triton at all and shop somewhere else for your showers.
