Dreadful experience would not accept my claim although I registered my products

Exceptional from start to finish. The customer service department at Aqualisa are excellent as are the engineers who actually carry out the work. Very reliable and the highest standard of work. Always highly recommended.

The electric shower at my mother in laws house was leaking where conneceted to the water supply. I tightened and broke the fitting on the shower. The shower unit is only a couple of years old but the fitting is no longer available as a spare. Frankly I find this extremely poor service and would not buy another shower from them on this basis. I now have to spend in the region of £180 for a part worth a few pounds. Very poor service!!

Received a callback from Bethany who was very polite and professional in answering our questions and explaining the warranty repair procedure. Bethany booked our appointment sooner then we anticipated which is a good result.

The fundamentals of the shower are great, the ability you have tapless bath fill the rate/pressure the shower delivers is fantastic. The option to Alexa control and control via the app are very useful. The only concern we have is reliability, the shower randomly air locks it’s self, we’ve had the water system checked no issues, but you could be in the shower and then airlock, we have worked out to clear you turn to bath fill but that’s not the permanent solution. Speaking the the supplier our processors is of a new design and that haven’t seen before, not sure if this needs further works

It would probably have been five but I’m still waiting for a call to confirm the engineers time and day when they will come and look at my shower

Speedy delivery of my Aqualisa shower part. Part easy to fit and a perfect match to original part.

Good service

We were disappointed at the long delay before we could get an engineer to come out. We are both pensioners and my wife has health and mobility issues. Jenifer was very helpful and managed to reduce the time from 13 days to 8 but we will struggle during this period as we have no other facilities.

Shenai was extremely helpful, pleasant to talk to and very professional. Everything was explained clearly. I requested a call back and this was received within the hour as promised.

Very easy to get in touch with, after a few minutes I received a call back. The lady who called back was very helpful and after checking a few details was able to send me a replacement part very quickly, I received the next day and happy to say the shower is working perfectly. Regards Harry…..

Dino was very polite and thorough, when I rung the recording said I minute wait, after 15 minutes I was offered a much appreciated call back. My shower is going to be down graded to a basic version after many call outs while it is still under warranty.

Excellent response to a couple of problems. Soon resolved and replacement for faulty remote control arrived in post within 48 hours.

Since moving into my home 22 years ago I've had to replace the aqualisa colt shower at least four times.
The most recent being 9th Sept 2024.
The shower is now out of warranty by approximately 26 days and has given up.
Aqualisa basically couldn't care less and clearly think it's acceptable for customers to accept shoddy unreliable equipment.
This is my my most recent reply from customer services. Who should change to disservice. Sent on 2nd October 2026.

Thank you for the email, apologies to hear this, I'm afraid as it is out of warranty now we wouldn't be able to offer any free parts, if the shower is dripping this sounds as if the cartridge is faulty, the cost of a replacement cartridge is £295.91inc VAT and delivery, if you do require fitting, the total will be £362inc VAT, please call 01959 560082 to order or book in, your reference number is 559770,

Had a phone call today from Aqualisa. Very pleased with their response and resolution for this problem.
Just a pity it had to go this far.

Brilliant customer service response when I advised that something was missing from purchased shower. Part arrived within 3 days following notification!

efficient service but definite call centre experience as opposed to personal. Disappointed that initial 5 to 10 day lead time for installation turned into 15 to 20 days after payment made.
