Quick response time and great service
Called out to Utmost late afternoon 13 April to obtain some important bond withdrawal information and Megan Laverty took my call. Megan highlighted the info cannot be provided telephonically due to calculations involved and explained we should have the info withing 48 hours. Refreshing to find the mail first thing in my in box next morning...great service.

Had a problrm with modern technology…
Had a problrm with modern technology and was locked-out of Account. Added difficulty my only phone contact is mobile and would be premium raye!
However Leah Casey was very patient, polite and understood and assisted m

My 71 yo Cousin wanting to enjoy retirement
My Cousin , called Roger B**** has now written twice to Upmost to find out about how he can withdraw his money. The latest letter was received on the 20th March 2026 by Upmost. He is 71 years old and now wants to spend this money but Upmost haven’t responded as of 9th April 2026. So we are now forced to ring them in the Isle of Man, which isn’t covered by most phone services in the UK. Wake up Upmost, these older guys now want to spend their money. Why are you delaying things. Really you should be ashamed of yourself

Everything is going well, especially the online platform.
However I would suggest that when there is a Regular Withdrawal in place and it Fails, than after cash is available I would suggest that we do not need to inform you to send the Regular Withdrawal but to send the payment as soon as the cash is available. I would like to Thank Tina Corkish for her work and always up to date, especially on payments.
