MFA Set up

They have taken a year to achieve nothing in moving from company policy to my personal policy with them.
They have not picked up the phone once in years...
Holding my assets hostage at this point, stay away at all cost.

Jag vill gärna ge ett mycket positivt omdöme om den person som hjälpte mig när jag ringde er kundtjänst.
Hon var mycket hjälpsam och bemötte mig på ett vänligt och professionellt sätt. Det kändes verkligen som att hon tog sig tid och att mitt samtal inte på något sätt var till besvär, vilket jag uppskattade mycket.
Jag vill också särskilt lyfta fram hur taktfull hon var i sitt sätt att kommunicera. Hon anpassade sin talhastighet och förklarade saker lugnt och tydligt, vilket gjorde det betydligt lättare för mig att förstå informationen.

Delays and no excuses
It has now been over a week since utmost told me a payment was ready to be made and all checks completed. This payment was supposed to be on my 25th birthday which was over two weeks ago. They give me absolutely no information over the phone with ‘it’ll be any day now’ type replies. They caused similar extended delays with my sisters inheritance pay out a few years ago on her 25th with no excuse the either. Incredibly stressful and irritating!

Poor Custmer Service
I have been trying for 7 months to get Utmost to provide details of a policy that they hold in my name. Through a mixture of either not responding or asking for more information I still haven't succeeded.

The level of incompetence is beyond belief
After a long phone call with the promise of help in obtaining my money , I received an email with the same information that had already been sent to me several times
I have been waiting for MY money to be transferred to my Spanish bank for 8 months now
Have sent requested documents on many occasions! Still no closer to receiving it

Friendly, helpful staff, but things take a while
It can take a while to make a withdrawal (up to 3 weeks), but in this case it was quite a lot quicker. The staff are friendly and helpful, but it would be good to get a progress update along the way.
