My delivery was ordered long before Christmas and when it did not arrive I contacted SodaStream and Winston was very informative.
Order Issue - Finally resolved
Like others I ordered my product on 5 December. I sent numerous emails and it appears that there was a technical issue on that date. I was so disappointed with the service I asked for a refund however in the end, I agreed to have the order re-sent. Anyhoo, it arrived today 9 January. Their sales associate Arnold followed up with the warehouse and the delivery team and got me my order.

I ordered my sodastream in early December but it wasn’t delivered. I understand there was an issue with the delivery folk not soda stream. Anyway they sorted it out for me over the Christmas period. Lucretia from sodastream was fantastic.

Very happy with the customer service, because I had my doubts! I wasn’t sure about a plastic, flimsy tool! But hey I got all answers by Winston and went for the great SodaStream DUO,

Avoid ordering from this company
Ordered on 5th December, still have not received product nor tracking. Every time I call to follow up, they are clueless. They will tell you that there is a problem with the supply or courier company and delivery. (depends who you speak to) You think??! All they keep saying is that it will be delivered soon. They reassured me confidently that I will receive it before Christmas. Well, today's Christmas eve. Of course they have not been manning the phone lines for the past few days. Am on hold now for the past 1/2 hour on their online chat to cancel my order. Avoid, you have been warned!
Edited to add : It's 29th December, product nowhere in sight. Have done chargeback on my credit card, didn't bother contacting them as there is no reply from my earlier emails. Worst online purchase!

John was an absolute life saver! As a first-time customer, I appreciated how sincerely he listened, understood my concerns, and treated me with genuine respect. His professionalism and kindness completely redeemed my faith in customer service, and I was very grateful to him for his support. John deserves all the positive feedback as he genuinely cared about the customer and resolved the problem efficiently and quickly without fuss — I’m glad I tried a third time to reach him.
Unfortunately, before reaching John I endured two dreadful calls with Mariquol from the online enquiry team, who dismissed my concerns and barely engaged. When I asked to speak with someone else, I wasn’t allowed to and the problem was simply palmed off, leaving me with no resolution. My large order wasn’t packed properly, and despite sending emails and photos to prove the issues, I was treated as though it was my fault. To make matters worse, the order was marked “fulfilled” even though it hadn’t been processed correctly. The stress was unnecessary, and I hope no other customer has to go through that.

Great prices, very happy with the products. Fast delivery between 4-14 days but it was delivered in 2 days. Products warranty for 2 years.
