Love my Soda Stream!
I am really enjoying my Soda Stream and the ability to easily control the level of carbonation in my water. I recently used their cylinder exchange program and needed to contact the company with a question. I have to say I’m a huge fan of their fast, friendly and helpful customer service team!
Efficient and courteous
SodaStream Customer Support was very efficient and courteous. They replied to my request in less than 24 hours, which is very impressive, considering it was the weekend. The issue was quickly resolved. Thank you!
Deceitful Customer “Support”
First time I called about my 6 month old broken Soda Stream. They told me that they don’t have any warranty on products bought from retailers. They said their warranty only applies to machines bight directly from Soda Stream. I told them that is false. Then they said they would send me one. Next day I got an email saying my “order” was cancelled because they don’t ship to Hawaii. Next call they say that they can’t ship a replacement to Hawaii and that if I go buy a new and send them a pdf of my receipt they will send me a refund in 6 months! Then I get an email saying that if I go buy a new one I will get a refund in 3 months! Wow! Terrible customer support, just the worst. And now I am supposed to trust them with another $100?

My rep Zoe was awesome. On and off the phone in record time after a short wait (1-2 min). Dropped the canisters at Kohl's, sent the email at the store, and got a response saying my new canisters were were on their way to me. All within about 45 min. Awesome work, SodaStream. My life did sparkle that day!!
Very easy return and refill
Very easy return and refill. Saves a trip out of town and I’m never out of bubbles. Great customer service also. Would give 10 stars if possible.

Customer service is top notch with this company. I've had my SodaStream for several years now, and the few times there was some hiccup, I was able to get ahold of customer service quickly, and they always fixed the issue in a way that involved minimal hassle for me.
One of the supplies I ordered recently was delivered to the wrong address, despite the address information being correct. The support agent showed me the delivery photo, and I said "that's not my front door". She immediately arranged for another package to be sent out. This was not SodaStream's mistake, and other companies might have told me to contact USPS or UPS or whoever, but these folks just took care of it.
That's why they deserve five stars.

I had to reorder a co2 cannister after receiving a damaged package and one cylinder had "fallen" out of the package. Soda Stream said that they would send a return label and I did not receive one, so I waited past the 60 days return policy and was billed $32 for two cannisters. Upon calling customer service, Gabriella assisted and refunded the charge and politely resolved the problem, Thanks Gabriella

Levi and SodaStream have been amazing…
Levi and SodaStream have been amazing to work with. Our machine had an issue 8 months into owning it and after helping me diagnose what it was, they sent me a new one FREE of charge. They didn't even charge for shipping. When they found out that my husband had mistakenly recycled the cord as well as the machine, they sent us a new one of those for free too!
On top of that, they were just helpful and kind throughout. I haven't had service like that anywhere in a longggg time.
