First off, I love Soda Stream. We've been loyal users since maybe 2013 or so. That's a LOT of bottles we've kept from the landfill!
Ours finally began having a problem a few weeks ago and I reached out to Soda Stream for help. They helped me navigate the problem and were really helpful and kind throughout the process.
My problem was resolved in short order thanks to them, and they made the entire process painless. In fact, they far and away exceeded my expectations.

I've been using Sodastream for years (in France first and in U.S. now) and I'm very happy with it. The subscription service for gas cylinder refill delivery is super convenient. They respond to requests very quickly whenever you have any issue. Thanks to the whole team (Lucas and Sammy as i've been in contact with)

Wow! In a culture of increasingly poor customer service, my experience with SodaStream was a breath of fresh air.
I have had my eTerra just under 2 years and it just stopped working on Monday afternoon(4/27) - after daily use. I called customer service, and the rep gave me instructions on video to take, and which pictures to send. I was busy that evening, so I sent all of the required information on Tuesday afternoon via email. By Thursday afternoon, I had a new replacement at my house! Outstanding service, and the rep was friendly. Thank you.🙏
Customer support not helpful
I am in the middle of dealing with their customer support over several issues, and the team is unhelpful. They seriously do not seem to care about the customer experience, and their website is clunky. If I didn't already have their machine, which I love, I would probably find a different carbonation solution. I suspect they know that and that is why the customer service is so bad.
Edit: They eventually fixed the problem, but it took some time and effort on my part.

I drink soda water more than regular water. I go through 8 tanks a month on my own. So I started ordering directly from soda stream. Have only had a couple issues (an empty tank and a missing tank) and they were very accommodating with fixing both problems.
Easy company to do business with
I have had my sodastream for 5-6 years now. I get all my gas and flavors from them too. The shipping is always fast. The customer service is half the reason im still with them. First off there is no robot to talk to. So im not yelling at the phone getting upset before i talk to someone. Second, when i talk to someone the are kind, they listen, they understand and they are honest. That is all i want in a customer service rep. Sodastream is a great company!

I've had SodaStream dispensers and other products for the past 6 years, and given a number of them as gifts. Overall, the products are high quality and perform well, though what's more important to this review is the customer service. Each time I've had cause to call SodaStream, they answer quickly, are courteous, and imho go above and beyond to try to solve and, if warranted, replace items. The agents are friendly and knowledgeable, and service-oriented - reflecting a rare corporate culture that makes me want to support them!

Healthier options
First, support is excellent. They answer the phone quickly and are fun to talk to and answer any questions you might have. I called because I had to change my subscription and payment method. We got that done and I had the rep help my place my next order to re-set my subscription plan. They give you plenty of time to change your frequency of shipping and then include the box to slide you empties into, close it up, put on the label and take it to your nearest package drop off. So simple and shipping is paid. It relieves me of the hassle of hauling the empties to the store and doing the exchange process that most of the cashiers don't know how to do and need to call for help. I love the online service. It just makes it so easy and I love SodaStream too as I can make my drinks as week as I want and feel like I am making a healthier choice. Thanks, SodaStream.
Three new bottles but one empty. Solution promptly given.
After picking up three blue Sodastream bottles from Target I discovered that one of the new ones was empty. The specific Target store is more than 20 miles from my home and as I was curious about the source of the issue, I contacted Sodastream directly and asked for assistance. This was promptly given and after exchanging details of the specific bottle, Sodastream arranged the supply of a new full bottle, free of charge. I weighed the bottle after receipt and it is full indeed. Great follow-up throughout the process and a shout out to Levi who was elemental in making me feel comfortable in connecting with Sodastream. The cardboard box in which the new bottle was shipped is also a return box for empties and I will utilize that as well. Great customer service and a prompt solution given. 10/10.

I recently had to contact Soda Steam about an issue with my order.I was completely blown away by the exceptional customer service interaction.The rep went above and beyond to resolve my issue and it was immediately resolved within minutes. Experience was gratifying and satisfactory. Intend to be a lifelong customer not only because of the wonderful products but also because of the quality of customer service that they always provide every time I call.
No replacement parts available?????
Would give it 5 stars if it still worked but the gasket/seal where the bottle attaches has apparently worn out and will no longer seal the bottle when trying to carbonate it. Had just purchased new bottles a couple of months ago so the bottles are note beyond their expiration date. The clamping device isn't broken either. Easy fix, right? Just call soda stream and get a replacement. Unfortunately they don't offer replacement parts for normal wear items. Pathetic. Customer service solution was to buy an new one because I can't replace a $1 part (gee, thanks for the 30% discount offer)? No thanks.
