Yet to fully set up but in no doubt will do the job as intended.
Only slight negative is the beam assembly tags can be a little difficult to locate in the upright post slots.

An incredible excellent quality shelving unit
An incredible excellent quality shelving unit, especially for the price I paid. It did take me a while (3 hours) to put together, but I made a few mistakes and had to undo some things. It looks great, is solid and structurally sound. Delivery was fast also.

A lot of stuff in a small box
I was surprised how compact the delivery package was and thought i was missing 2 bays. On opening l saw it was all there.it went up without any problems and l am very pleased with my purchase

Very bad . Ordered a shelf came with missing parts then had to chase up twice rude customer service they sent wrong missing parts again third time they sent wrong parts again and I finally gave up

Excellent, easy to assemble products
Excellent product. Really easy to assemble - from the instructions you would never believe they are going to stay upright but they do. What an amazing bit of design as they are so strong - bought to store fabric on in a craft room. They look really expensive.

The shelving was delivered on time
The shelving was delivered on time. Box was open at the top but I think all the pieces are there. Haven’t built it due to being unwell but hope to get it done within a few weeks

We are really pleased with our 4 shelf 1800 x 1800 x 600 shelving unit. It is exactly as described and pictured on the website. It is very sturdy, it is easy to assemble and is exactly what we need. We ordered our racking by phone, thereby we were able to have our questions answered; they very friendly and helpful. Delivery was very quick, but the delivery firm damaged some of the struts so we had to contact Racking Solutions by email to report this. They couldn't be more understanding, supportive and helpful! Thanks again, Teigan! Replacement struts were received within a few days, no mean feat given the Christmas delivery period. Overall, a brilliant product, and we can't stress enough what a professional and genuine firm this is. We would definitely buy from them again.
