Very easy to order what you want, good selection of items, the delivery was delayed by one day but no fault of the company it was due to really bad weather, it was well packaged and a good price, haven't put the shelving together yet but no doubt we will be very happy when we do.

Great products, fast delivery
Ordered a shelving unit for the storage room in my new apartment, and received it quickly. The product was easy to assemble, and it holds my boxes with alcohol very well. Would recommend.

Excellent Service and Great Product
After searching for a very long time to replace the storage in my loft I decided on Racking Solutions and have been very happy so far. I bought the multi-pack which is very good value, the shelving was the perfect height even with the optional wheels and the extra depth means that I can get even more storage on these shelves. The units are easy to put together even on my own with each unit taking about 30 minutes which included moving the pieces to the loft. Delivery was quick, and the whole process has been very efficient. Very happy and highly recommended.

Very Efficient
Easy web site to check racking etc,
Corner Unit arrived in good time,
Unfortunately the box the unit was in was quite
badly damaged. " more the carrier i would presume "
Advised R/S and said if they wanted i would open & check goods or they could resupply,
They asked me if i would mind opening which i did & goods all correct and put together.
Cannot fault the office staff " Tiegan "who dealt with my query very quickly.
4 Stars only for condition of packing.

AWFUL customer management when delivery issues arise..
The products seem fine but the delivery experience and then subsequent handling of the missing item was awful. Received no further comms / response to my emails after the initial query response. To then find my missing pack had been delivered back to the sender but internal processes did not bring any comms to me. I was still trying to chase the delivery agent who just referred back to the sender. A comms black hole and yet I had paid my money in good faith for products and 1-2 days delivery.

Delivery was good
Delivery was good, packaging and instructions good enough. The racking itself is pretty fiddly, and a bit flimsier than I expected, luckily the sales price made this more acceptable.

So far experience has not been great
So far experience has not been great. Ordered some shelving. It’s arrived late, damaged and without warning. Will not send out replacement until I return. Worried im going to steal the broken ones. So now instead of a 1-2 day delivery it will end up at like 3 weeks. I’ll provide an update later.

Product excellent although two uprights slightly bent at corners in transit. The only issue is that written assembly instructions could have been included (I know it is on your web page !!)

The only place you need for Racking.
Ordered two racking systems at 14:00, they arrived the following morning at 08:30. They were installed that evening. The quality of the product is exceptional.
From ordering to delivery and quality you do not need to look anywhere else. Racking Solutions get a 10/10 from me.
