Urbanlockers Recenzje

Sent incorrect replacement parts, which damaged the locker—now customer service is silent.

stylish contemporary locker
Great locker, arrived on time and was very easy to put together, looks fab in situ.

The Soho - Fluted Glass Double Door Locker In Forest

Perfect Whisky cabinet.
Looked at the more expensive brand as I already have a cabinet from them. This looked just as good but better price. It looks great assembled and instructions were easy to follow. The glass and metal work really well together and I’m really pleased

Puntualissimi nella consegna. È il quarto acquisto che faccio e sono molto soddisfatta! I colori sono bellissimi.

I’m absolutely delighted with my Bromley locker. It’s stylish, sturdy and incredibly roomy. Both the drawer and cupboard are surprisingly wide and deep, offering far more storage than I expected. It feels well made and is excellent value for money. It looks fantastic in our bedroom, and I’ve included a photo of the finished cabinet.

My only criticism concerns the assembly instructions. The written manual and accompanying YouTube video follow different sequences, which caused considerable confusion. We followed the video when fitting the drawer runners, only to discover that the written instructions required the runners to be separated at the very beginning. This meant having to undo work we’d already completed.

The drawer was particularly frustrating. Neither set of instructions clearly explains that the drawer front must be fitted in a particular orientation. We initially fitted it the wrong way round, which prevented the drawer from sitting flush. It took us ages to identify what was wrong.

Assembly took three hours, one dinner break, two evenings and a consultation with ChatGPT! 🤣

In all seriousness, clearer and more consistent instructions would make a huge difference to the customer experience.

That said, I genuinely love the finished cabinet and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. It’s a fantastic piece of furniture for the price, and I’m already considering buying another locker for our bedroom. Hopefully the next assembly will be a little less eventful

I ordered a navy blue Soho locker and it looks great. The assembly instructions are easy to follow and the components are good quality.

Great unit, easy to assemble and prompt delivery. Would definitely buy from Urban again!

Great bit of kit! I've got 5 different locker styles now and they're all excellent products. Easy as pie to assemble, they are functional and look great. Super quick delivery too. Really happy.

Fast delivery. Competitively price fantastic product and great customer service.

A lot of larger companies could learn from these people how to treat their customers.

I’d recommend and reuse on the product and service alone

Fantastic give them a try

Not great! I ordered 2 wardrobes. One had a broken handle and the other has not even been dispatched despite ordering both at the same time (over a week ago) for next day delivery.

I’ve contacted support but so far heard nothing from them.

Absolutely SHOCKING!!! AVOID!!!! Customer service is shocking, delivery was late and the locker was quite clearly not the same as the photo!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

I love the Mayfair! I bought it in Flamingo, I love the colour and the quality is great.
Delivery and assembling instructions were very good.

Definitely recommend.

Snelle bezorging van allebei mijn kasten. Staan supermooi

Great cabinet. Beautiful colour. Fadt delivery and really easy to assemble. Highly recommend

6 weeks ago we received a cabinet with the wrong color.
I will not get into detail but we have waited 7 WHOLE DAYS IN TOTAL and the cabinet has not yet been returned by FEDEX.
It is really driving us crazy 👹😡
He have never experienced anything lik this before!!

Kensington locker
Perfect sized locker for my hallway! Bought two extra shelves so that we can all have a shelf to keep the shoes tidy. Easy to assemble, good quality and stylish. Thank you!

I’m honestly so impressed with my experience with Urban Locker! ❤️

There was a small issue with one part of my locker when it arrived. My husband managed to fix it himself, although unfortunately there was a little scratch during the process. I contacted customer service just to let them know, and explained that a replacement part wasn’t really necessary anymore.

Instead, they kindly offered to send me something that would actually be more useful and they went above and beyond by sending me two basket sets, one in Sky Blue and one in Vanilla, completely complimentary. 🥹

The customer service has been absolutely amazing, and I’m genuinely in love with the locker itself. It’s not often you come across a company that cares this much about making sure their customers are happy.

I’ll definitely be buying from Urban Locker again! 🤍

Highly recommended
I bought the Chelsea Wardrobe in Flamingo pink. I’d been looking for something ‘different’ for my bedroom - and this was it. It arrived promptly and was well packaged. It says 2 person assembly but I managed it myself - just took a bit longer and was a bit fiddly. It looks great in my room - very happy.

Echt weer eens iets anders dan de standaard kasten. Makkelijk te monteren, stevige kwaliteit en is echt een plaatje in de slaapkamer van mijn zoon. Veel opbergruimte, heel erg blij mee!

Highly recommend. Easy to assemble and childproof for our nursery. Quick delivery to!
