Urbanlockers Recenzje

Fab!
We purchased two Chester wall cabinets, with fluted glass, having already bought a locker and two bedside tables. We chose vanilla as the room is on the smaller side and the colour of the furniture is lovely - a fresh cream, not sickly or magnolia at all. Delivery was super quick. The furniture itself is very good quality and the instructions and pre-assembly support (video links and paperwork) is excellent. I was really pleasantly surprised at how heavy-duty the fluted glass panels are. Despite being small, metal pieces of furniture, all the pieces hold their own against some of our antique furniture because they are well made. We also bought the Chester in olive green for our bathroom. A really beautiful, warm green - looks lovely. Would highly recommend Urban Lockers!

The review title pretty much sums it up. All in all I've been super impressed. The metal urban units are really well built, easy to put together (some very clever design has gone in to them) and look beautiful. I event scrapped a screwdriver over one of the surfaces by mistake and it didn't even leave a mark. Big thumbs up from me.

Fantastic quick delivery with beautiful product!
Our locker arrived in timely fashion and I love it! We were dreading the DIY however for once in our lives we found it really easy to complete! Brilliant product! Thank you!

Amazing experience with urban lockers. Delivery was very fast. I ordered the Oxford in lilac and it is a far nicer colour in person, lovely and bright but still pastel exactly what I was looking for.
Included was the screwdriver required for assembly, which I thought was a really fab extra touch. I was really impressed with the product and surprised how easily it was to assemble by myself.
Couldn’t be happier with and look forward to making more purchases from Urban lockers

I love my locker! I wanted something different to store/hide bathroom items that wasn’t a boring bathroom cabinet. It was just the right size, without being too dominant. The green colour was a fab contrast to my pink walls.
The order came within 24hours, my partner found the instructions really easy to use, both paper and online. Effort has been made by Urbanlockers to think about each step, unlike other assembly instructions you tend to get. The template was great at helping position the locker too. Thanks!

Fun to build
Look super
Lots of packaging which protects the cabinet but is a faff to dispose of
Would recommend.

Good quality and good looking
This cabinet is well made, easy to assemble and gives a great mid century vibe to any home.

Top class lockers from a top class company
10/10 👌🏻

Highly recommend, purchased the Oxford cabinet in navy blue, great item, sturdy, easy to assemble by 1 person.
Great quality, well made, very impressed with price, and speed of delivery.

I bought the Wimbledon, green colour—it's fantastic. It arrived here in Italy very well packaged, was very easy to assemble, and looks beautiful in our bathroom! I'm so happy—thank you!

I like the design but the build seems second rate with gaps where there shouldn't be any .
No response from customer service

Grazie.

An absolutely awful experience from the start, and ongoing.
My order was lost, DX were not responding and Customer Service at Urban Lockers ignored my emails. Eventually a battered box turned up weeks late on my doorstep.
When I opened the package and started to put the item together, I realised the parts were wrong and the thing couldn't even be constructed.
In contacting UL, they said there is absolutely no way they could have ignored emails and that it was literally impossible with the system they have in place. They told me this several times, strongly suggesting I was making it up, until I sent the chain of emails to them and they had to admit they were wrong.
DX was arranged to collect the defective item. They were a no show on the day they claimed they were coming. The next time they came they refused to come into the building and the item is far too heavy for me to bring to them, so they simply left.

Currently, Urban Lockers are refusing to send a courier that will lift the item and refuse to refund me for the defective item they sent, until I have managed to find a way to get the item to the van when it comes. I want it out of my house.

The whole thing is disgraceful.

Update: The response below is fabrication. I have never asked for further compensation, only for a solution when the courier refused to come in the building and I'm a disabled person unable to carry 60kg down 3 flights of stairs. I hired someone at my own cost to carry it down in the end. I'm happy to discuss further over email to clear up your lies, but you refuse to respond to the last weeks of emails.

Outstanding!! Incredible quality for the price. I WISH I’d bought one of the lockers sooner. It was a present for my husbands bathroom. Now I need one or some of the drawers. My sons eying them up to and TBH for the price it’s an investment. Not like throw away furniture you get in certain shops. These things will look better and better as they age! They are truly built to last. Strong enough to be a bomb shelter for a small dog…. Strong! Easy to assemble. I did it all myself. Instructions AND videos, all make perfect sense (first time ever!), all the bits went in as they said they should zero bother. Took me about 15 min alone. Honestly, I cannot recommend Urban lockers enough. Incredible quality and value. Very cool. Built to last. BUY YOURSELF one or three coz you are gona get more when you buy one. Trust me!

Absolutely love our locker and cabinets
You receive everything you need , even a screwdriver and video links.
The lockers look fresh modern & and act as great space saving storage
The team responded promptly to any questions around delivery, ( which were down to my recent move ) and acted promptly when I asked for assistance
Great product and great service

Really disappointing quality and extortionate return fees.

The quality was really poor, especially considering the price. What made the experience worse was discovering how expensive the return fees are. These costs are not made clear enough before purchasing and feel very misleading.

I would not have ordered had I known how much it would cost simply to return the items. Really disappointing experience and I wouldn’t recommend.
