Very awkward to assemble due to…

Very awkward to assemble due to clipping system as sometimes the clips shoot through the back of the holes. Tricky to assemble at the start on your own. But once erected good and secure shelving system and would recommend.

Very satisfied customer.

Customer relations at Tufferman are outstanding. My order was delivered in less than 48 hours. A small part of the order was missing; the company responded very rapidly to my Email, and the missing parts were dispatched within a day and I received them the next morning!
I am very pleased with the Storalex VRS garage shelving. The assembly instructions were very clear and there is also a excellent instruction video on YouTube

Nice Shelving !

Sensible priced shelving & very swift delivery. Q I had with product was answered quickly. Much of the build can be achieved by one person but helpful to have a second pair of hands when installing the 'H' shelves. First stack takes longer to work out but after that pretty straight forward. Multiple cross bars for extra support & as standard would be good !

Fantastic company

Fantastic company. Brilliant shelving for my garage. Extremely strong and easy to put together. Delivered on time and well packaged. Will definitely be ordering from tufferman again.

Quality not as good as expected

I found the metal frame to be very flimsy. You must line up the pegs into the connecting slots correctly or they bend. Once unit is built, it's ok but I was expecting better quality for the price I paid. It feels reasonably stable and has made the garage look more organised. I bought these units due to tv ad, I should of looked round a bit more as I probably could of bought better quality from local diy store. Not sure if I would recommend, depends on what else is available. I won't purchase again.

Excellent customer care.

Website easy to navigate and understand.
The plastic garage shelving was perfect for my needs - dead easy to assemble with the option of different sizes to mix & match.
Prompt delivery and one damaged in transit unit was replaced without fuss and dispatched the next day - excellent customer service, thank you.
