They didn’t send any screws with the order.
The parcels were sent over 2 days which was unnecessary as only both small.

Contents of package damaged
The customer service was friendly and helpful but I was not impressed by the courier service.
The delivery was just left on my doorstep although I was in at the time.
In one of the packages all the long beams were slightly deformed at one end, either bent or crumpled, which made the construction of the shelving unit difficult and time consuming. All the shelf boards in this package were slightly damaged at one corner. It appeared that the package had been dropped although it was clearly labelled as fragile.

We're sorry the courier let you down. Your order should have been handed to you when you were at home, and a package clearly marked as fragile should never be handled in a way that damages the beams and shelf boards. We understand this made assembly much harder than it should have been.

As I cannot respond to tuffermans: they offered replacement boxes if I pay £10.99 delivery: the boxes don’t even cost £10.99 so it’s not worth it at all. And it’s scandalous that they are refusing to allow a senior manager/director/ceo to deal with my complaint. They have not solved anything at all. They are even refusing to come and collect their SUBSTANDARD PRODUCTS SO I CAN HAVE A FULL REFUND. It’s almost like decent customer service is a thing of the past. It’s all about ripping customers off now.
shelves and boxes were delivered during the heatwave.
all shelving units were in plastic wrap but the box of plastic boses was just in cardboard. was able to keep the boxes inside the house but the shelves had to go outside due to no space inside the house, thinking because there is plastic wrap they be ok.
i had to wait for the heatwave to pass as the boxes were too heavy for myself to move to the garage. during the heatwave we had a small amount of rain.. which went through the plastic and ruined every single shelf. so i have all these units and no shelves. then i finally opened the box of boxes to discover 3 are broken.
yep all damage was noticed after 30 days of delivery due to my circumstances. but this company dont care, Kaja K is claiming to be a manager and is refusing to pass my complaint onto a more senior member of staff. she has offered to replace my 3 broken boxes.... but if i pay £10.99 for delivery. thats more then the cost of 3 boxes and if i want replacement shelves its £4.43 plus p&p. wow talk about scamming customers. A director / CEO should get involved with this complaint as this Kaja seriously does not know how to treat customers or how to value customers.

Thank you for your review, and I'm sorry you've been left with shelving units you can't use. We understand how frustrating that must be.
We have reviewed your complaint in full. The shelving packaging protects it in transit, but it isn't designed to be weatherproof, so the shelves can be damaged if they're stored outside. As your damage was reported after 30 days, our team offered free box replacements at a reduced delivery cost.
This offer is still open should you wish to go ahead with replacements.

The product when it arrived was very…
The product when it arrived was very good quality. However, the delivery service was not ideal. Tracking was not available so I had to phone Tufferman to confirm when I would expect a delivery. When it arrived it was incomplete which meant a second delivery was needed. I had to phone again to check what had happened (part of the order had not been put on the van for the first delivery). There was no apology or explanation. It was clear that you knew that the delivery was incomplete but had not been proactive in contacting me to inform me of the problem. This is why I can only give you 3 stars.

Good communication. prompt delivery and good value for money Product is sturdy.
I found the assembly instructions included difficult because the illustration were small and the dimensional graphic poor. Eventually figure out the construction by careful watching of the video produce by Tufferman, The main problem and I think I am not alone is how to feed in the shelf supports. It is also best erected in situ as the boards actually provide a lot of stabilization.

Product is good quality, robust and easy to assemble by two people. Your advertisement on GB News from where I heard of you is limiting due to relatively low numbers who view the channel.
Your advertisement quotes a cost for 2/3 bays but does not make clear that this is for the smallest unit.
