Good communication. prompt delivery and good value for money Product is sturdy.
I found the assembly instructions included difficult because the illustration were small and the dimensional graphic poor. Eventually figure out the construction by careful watching of the video produce by Tufferman, The main problem and I think I am not alone is how to feed in the shelf supports. It is also best erected in situ as the boards actually provide a lot of stabilization.

Product is good quality
Product is good quality, robust and easy to assemble by two people. Your advertisement on GB News from where I heard of you is limiting due to relatively low numbers who view the channel.
Your advertisement quotes a cost for 2/3 bays but does not make clear that this is for the smallest unit.

Miscalculation of tiles ordered
The product looks quality , I haven’t fitted it yet. I ordered 84 tiles and 70 arrived 1 day later than stated. I contacted customer service who rectified the mistake , but instead of sending the 14 missing tiles they sent 7. A second contact then another 7 were sent. I am waiting on their arrival . So from my original order on 6/9/26 to my completed order arrival on 17/9/26, it took a while , I may update this review if my tiles arrive today and when I fit them 👍

We're sorry it took so long to complete. Your tiles arrived late and short, and you then had to contact us a second time because the first replacement delivery was also short. We should have sent all 14 missing tiles together, and we've raised this with our warehouse team to find out what happened.

Would not recommend these units to anyone.

Saved by customer service team
Firstly, the products seem first rate and very good value. It was easy to reach customer service and they were extremely helpful. However, my next day delivery order of five items was delivered on three separate days (I did get a refund on the delivery without an issue) and some of the shelves were the wrong size. They were replaced without fuss although I was sent too many! My next day delivery had taken over a week to be fully received, I would probably buy again, but only because the customer service team were so helpful and easy to contact.

Ordering easy
Ordering easy - delivery times great - unfortunately 2 or 3 of the side pieces were bent which made assembly problematic however after a bit of a struggle managed- this is my second order and will not let the recent problem stop me from ordering again- usually a very good product

Good Shelving Stand
The actual shelving product itself is very good and the ordering service is quiet straightforward. The courier service is unreliable. They lost the first order. The customer service team promptly reissued a new order with a weekday delivery date of choice

I was very impressed
I was very impressed, my mistake I ordered the wrong size I emailed to try and cancel and in a very short period Kaja replied and told me he had cancelled my order to to go ahead and reorder the correct shelves unit. My order came as promised and the delivery driver even carried into the garage as heavy for her.
Just finished building it and really impressed with the whole thing.

A little scratched but we love them.
A couple of the bars were scratched so we put them at the back. Apart from that we’re really pleased with them. Went together easily with the help from a rubber mallet. Our garage looks tip top. My husband is delighted to have everything squared away.
