Perfect heavy duty racking for my garage.
Delivery arrived on time and was very well packaged. Racking was straightforward to assemble and very sturdy. I would highly recommend the Heavy Duty Industrial 4 Levels Racking 1800mm (H) x 1200 (W) x 600mm (D) 400KGs per shelf UDL.

I haven't put together the racking yet. The delivery process was slow and deadlines missed. The racking was due to be delivered by DX, but it wasn't delivered on the day the tracking said it would be. The day that they said it would then arrive was not suitable as I couldn't be home to receive it so I contacted DX by an online message and was called back by a very helpful lady who said she could rearrange the day for a day that suited me which we did. BUT, low and behold the driver phoned me on the day I said I wasn't available for and said he was at the house and needed to leave it somewhere. We did agree somewhere he could leave it but it was less than ideal leaving it partially outside on a rainy day. A couple of minutes later, the lady from the office phoned me again to say it would be delivered the following day. When I told her the driver had just been she said she couldn't believe it but she could put a stop on the delivery, so I said she was too late it was already delivered, and she apologised.

Excellent customer service excellent price
Appears good quality product from the parts I have viewed but not assembled as yet due to being let down by builder. Good customer service and a good price. The only let down was DX couriers who delivered to wrong address and unfortunately were pretty useless a let down for Racking Solutions regretably

Nice units for the price
Nice units for the price, easy to assemble. They work well for me and i like them. However, I'll replace the flimsy backing board used as shelf boards with more solid OSB.
Five of the six units were in perfect condition, but one unit had a bent connector piece and on two shelves a missing rivet each.

Good set of shelves
I'm really impressed with my new shelving, it was easy to put together, very sturdy, and a reasonable price, made my garage alot tidier, because my garage is damp I needed to varnish the wood first, but that didn't take long, and will make it easier to clean.
