Your technician did nothing to sort my issue. There was no guidance on the app manual for the issue showing on the screen and she finally, after advising to switch it off which worked had the nerve to try and charge me £49 . After refusing to pay this outrageous sum for sorting an issue which should have been straight forward ( I had renewed an ink cartridge) she reduced the charge to £29 which I agreed to pay under duress. She then had to go through my PayPal account to demand payment. I shall take the printer back if I have to go through this type of "help" in future.

The assistant listened to me and genuinely tried to resolve the issue with my printer. In the end though, after almost 2 hours and $39.95, the same problem existed. The only difference is I am now registered with Epson and he downloaded a free pdf website in my bookmarks. That website isn’t working very well so I am looking for other options.

Asked this company for help connecting me with my printer was told he would upgrade my computer to my printer and quoted the price which i paid was told the upgrade was completed and that i could use the printer this was a lie as the printer still didn't work and thanks to my sister in law hadnt had an upgrade phoned the company to complain and ask for a refund which intil know has not been paid despite several phone calls still waiting for the refund and fed up with the excuses ive been told6 weeks and still waiting phoned again and know no ones answering absolute joke of a company

Three technicians worked on two of my printers. The first one told me that one printer has a hardware issue. I took it to a serviceman: no hardware issue. In the meantime, I bought a new (reconditioned) printer from HP Store. The first technician to work on the latter was determined to install the printers that Scan Doctor brings up, none of which are on my system now. He simply refused to believe me. The second technician endorsed him. Fed up, I installed the Microsoft printer drivers. Now my printer is working like a charm.
I asked for the refund of my £199.99 purchase of the lifelong support plan that Printer Care Plus offers. They will do that. But they will keep £89.00 of it.
This was quite a costly lesson for me. That lesson is: Do not always trust the HP Support staff member who talks you into buying the life-long-support plan fhat Printer Care Plus offer.
