I orderedTinniEase (for tinittus) which arrived but with no instructions. I can't get hold of anyone to request instructions. I will never order from them again.

I stupidly bought 2 aircon units which do not cool anything. There was no indication that they would come from Hong Kong. Initially the vendor (Ecom 7) engaged but when challenged regarding a return and refund have gone silent. We all now know that fake aircon is a current scam. I stated my intention to start a 'dispute' with both Paypal and Visa and have been told that my refund is on its way.

Do not buy from this company they are a total scam. Poor products and wont give you a full refund but offering 30% refund or ship back to China. Do not get buy.

Do not buy from this company. They set up fake websites - in my case Emelia Rose - offering high quality clothing. When it finally arrived after weeks of chasing it was clearly from China. The items are poor quality, transparent and not as described. Even though the address on label for postman is in London they are asking me to return my items back to Los Angeles at my expense. This company is a total Scam. I have reported with my credit card company saying they need to be closed down as ripping people off over and over again. I won’t get a refund and have lost my money. I am going to report them to trading standards. Their website say they are based in Netherlands it is all fake. Be warned.

I would give it a zero. Wrong size sent. Poor quality. DO NOT TOUCH WITH A .....POLE!

My experience with Hike Summit has been extremely disappointing.

The return process has been far more difficult than expected. Although the item was delivered from a UK address, I was told that if I wanted a refund I would need to pay to ship the item back to China at my own expense, which would cost a significant amount.

The parcel was originally shipped from:

I am therefore returning the goods to the same UK address from which they were dispatched. If the company wishes to send the item back to China, that should be their responsibility and cost.

The whole experience feels misleading. The product was shipped from the UK, yet customers are expected to bear the cost of international returns to China. In my opinion, this gives the impression of a business model designed to make returns and refunds unnecessarily difficult.

Customers should carefully review the returns policy before ordering. Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this company again.

This company is hiding behind several other companies ie York fashion.com they have sub-standard products and no way of getting money back unless you return to Asia at your expense!

If I could give less stars I would. What a shame I’ve had this experience as I have decided to never shop for dresses on line again. These sites are all coming from China I’ve lost over £200 . The dress is nothing like the one advertised on Morela , The material is so bad it’s unbelievable that this is allowed to happen. To all companies you need to get rid of otherwise you will all suffer sales on line. You will not get a response, a refund is laughable. On researching this warehouse is to let and so they appear to be scamming people with rubbish from china.

If I could give no stars I would, I bought a pair of trainers from a company called Sistrow, fantastic website etc, only to find out when the product arrived they were inferior goods from china and the wrong size sent, after several emails back and forth through their customer service and asking for a refund, the only way is to send them back to china at your own expense which almost costs the price of the trainers !!! Contacted them again and basically they are not budging, I was just about to throw the packaging in the bin when I noticed a return address which is Edward unit 5 nexus central which after contacting them they said they’ve had numerous phone calls about the same issue. The unit is actually Edward at 4px express. They are conning people out of well earned money and sending inferior goods, leaving you no choice other than to have something you don’t want and only option to send them back to china !!! Please everyone be warned if ordering anything from Sistrow

I wouldn’t even give this one star. It is terrible. Please don’t waste your money. I ordered a compact umbrella. Not cheap. £25 and it is absolutely rubbish. I should have checked out reviews for Londonrd. I can’t even return it. Awful stuff.

As many other reviewers have said, the product received was not as advertised. It is very poor quality shipped from China via Edward who were receiving and shipping the order from a company which is trading as Abbey London and advertised quality goods for sale which is not the product actually received. It’s a scam

I recently bought a dress from a company called PhilipMeghanLondon. In reality, I received a poor quality item traced back to China, handled by this company. Like everyone else I have lost money I can ill-afford!
DO NOT ORDER FROM PHILIPMEGHANLONDON.

Ordered from a company called Navaroq in Netherlands. The return address is Edward Unit 5 Nexus London TW14 0AF - submitted numerous emails and tried calling tel no in Netherlands to full voicemail. Now when I go to the company website it is now called Ivy & Keith. So I have just lost £45 just like that with no hope of getting it back. The people who run this company should be ashamed of themselves.

I ordered what looked like 2 beautiful linen shirts for my husband's birthday from what appeared to be a reputable company 'Hudson & Clarke' trading under the umbrella of Edwardlondon,com. What arrived couldn't be further from the photos on the website. The thinnest, cheapest cotton, completely transparent and totally unwearable, I've now sent 10 separate emails requesting a refund, all to no avail. This company is a TOTAL SCAM.
