This in not a physical boutique but is HK Trade Solutions, Hong Kong.
I am trying to get a refund from this company, I purchased a cardigan which was almost £40 and when it arrived it's nothing like the picture or the description on the site, the material is terrible and I would never wear it. The reason I purchased in the first place was because the website started "Not sure if it’s right for you? We understand. That’s why we offer free returns within 30 days for your peace of mind. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days and we’ll process your refund once we receive it — no questions asked"
I've been offered a cardigan of different colour (and keep the original) I've been offered to choose something else from site and I've now been offered 10% off, and have been told it will be expensive to return this as it comes from China.
I've now informed them of displeasure and want refund. Will await further from them but not holding my breath.

Cannot believe I was duped by this mob of charlatans! I actually believed the story that the owner was closing down as she was pregnant! I am horrified! I've bought 3 dresses for a wedding and I cannot afford to not get them refunded! I'm complaing to trading standards and reporting them to paypal. Mad I did not check Trustpilot!

I feel like I’ve been scammed! The shop was apparently closing down and the photo shows an English looking woman in a beautiful shop in an expensive location in London. The goods came from Hong Kong. They are not well made and , as a large lady, their XL did not make me feel or look good. I am an 18/20 and that is their largest XL size and the hips were tight on one of the dresses. I don’t believe I will ever get my money back, as the other reviews have pointed out they have tried and failed at this.

This is a scam and I am so upset I fell for it. I hope the supposedly pregnant lady is suitably ashamed by posing for the scam photo and I wonder if they know how hard some of us have to work to earn the money they have now taken from us with no goods in return, I have contacted the Bank, Action Fraud and will continue to pursue them to get my money back.Surely there is a law against this and someone should be able to take action against them?

Whatever you do..DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY or any company with the name 'Jessica' in it. It is a completely fraudulent scam..There is no boutique, no pregnant woman, no company in London and the goods they send you are absolute garbage. If you are dissatisfied you have to send them back to an address in China at your own expense. Some people say Hong Kong but the address they gave me was Contact name: Wang Maoqin

I have reported it to my bank and also to the BBC and Rip Off Britain.
I would not have given them any stars at all but you have to, in order to be able to write a review.

Please don't be fooled with the lovely products shown on their website. It is not a UK company from London but a company from China using fake pictures of another company's products. Everything on their website is a lie. There is definitely NO free return as everyone that receives their order would want to return immediately. Instead they entice you with a discount on your next order (as if) or ask you to keep the item and they will send you 30% of what you paid as a 'gesture of goodwill'. No way would you want to wear what had been delivered I wouldn't wear the dresses to cut my grass they will be going in the bin. I was shocked at what they sent to me. The material was cheap and flimsy with absolutely no embroidery or detail. The 'hidden' pockets were hanging out like elephants ears. I paid £36 and they had the cheek to say wear them and we will give you £10 back. Had I known it was a Chinese company I would never have ordered as this seems to be their practice. You have pressed to buy unaware it is not a British company. Please don't get fooled. Don't buy anything as you are wasting your money - just another CON. I have reported their practices I can't let this happen to hard working people.

I wanted to cancel an order made by mistake. I could not cancel my order and could not contact the company on the phone or by email.

Buyer beware! Poor quality item that does not match the online images. Implied that it is a UK company with image of a London street and pregnant owner having to close -actually made in China and returns although not possible go to Hong Kong so don't be taken in.
Impossible to return as phone number is discontinued and email not valid. Delivery took more than 3 weeks and very disappointed and wish I'd read the reviews before ordering!

This company is not based in London and the clothing produced (and finally sent) are bad copies of the items advertised. The material is poor, the finish bad and the fit completely wrong. A waste of money.Don't be fooled.

I have bought two blouses that are too small and I can’t contact anyone to organise a return/refund.

I ordered a dress which took around 3 weeks to arrive. It was of very poor quality and made of a nasty cheap fabric and looked nothing like the photo.
Although the “company” claims you can return items I found it impossible to contact them. Emails bounced back and the telephone number given is no longer in service. Neither did I receive a response when I filled out the contact form.
I can’t believe I was fooled by the story of “Jessica” closing her company because she is pregnant. How gullible 🙄.
Unfortunately I did not do my research or read reviews before placing an order so I will have to chalk this one down to experience and be grateful that I only purchased one item.
PLEASE DO NOT make the same mistake - avoid this company at all costs.

Disgusted by this company . Read the sob story ordered the goods which I thought were from a small British company waited for weeks for it to come and messages were replied to but when it came the quality was awful and the sizing wrong . I e tried every way to contact re return and nothing works even the phone number disconnected and yet they are still sending advertising stuff re future orders and ignoring every message !!!!!

This company is a hoax. A bunch of cheats. When will the internet stop these type of people trading. Surely Trading Standards should look into these types of organisations. Their sites are just full of mistruths. This one masquerading as a pregnant mother giving up because of expected child. The goods bear no resemblance to those advertised on the site. These people should be in jail!!! Beware!!!!

I ordered a dress for £34.99. When it arrived the fitting was not as described and it was too small. Advertised as linen, it was thin cotton.
When I asked to return it (all labels and packaging intact) they asked me to send photos of it which I did. Would not refund and asked for £14.95 to send it back to JAPAN for a different size! I will give it to charity. I have been conned left right and centre being taken in by their uk marketing, disgraceful! I can ill afford this as a pensioner 😢

This store is from China all clothing they are poor quality Temu quality. The worst part is on website is shown as a liquidation store so it’s some sale going on apparently but it’s all crap.fromChina when email with the question about returning dress mail can’t be send -email doesn’t exist. SCAM

Advert I ordered from said based in London, dress completely wrong colour , material and dress was poorly made , now I have to send back to Hong Kong and will take 40 plus days

Material very poor quality. I have to pay to return it. Despite paying £4.95 for insurance. I have to return to Hong Kong and pay for customs as well as postage.
