Just bought overalls that are awful, not what the picture shows on Instagram.
Awful.
Poor picture quality on garment in real life.
Unwearable and I don't know how to get refund

I bought an item called " Qinux aquoxis " from this Edward Unit 5 Nexus Central Way,Feltham, London.TW14OAF, What a complete waste of Money,DOES NOT DO AS ADVERTISED, IT'S A SCAM.
NO TELEPHONE NUMBER EITHER OR WEBSITE.

Scam ordered from what appeared to be an official website items arrived completely different from what I expected no confirmation emails no way to return just this address, which is lovely nked to many other scam groups

Ordered from a company called Montford & Co. Website looked very authentic. The order took ages to be delivered and that was only after various emails from me spanning a few weeks. The garment was ok but really overpriced. The Customer Service is worse than awful! Giving one star as there is no option for zero stars!

The UK return address for goods shipped from China bought from fake websites. The sites offer high-quality items, suggesting they are hand made in the UK. In fact they are low quality mass produced items shipped from China, worth only a fraction of what you pay. In my case hand made leather handbags were plastic and worthy of a pound shop. They then say you have to ship back to CHina at your own cost for a refund despite the packaging saying Edward in the UK is the retrun address on the label.

Received parcel that I did not purchase its a dead plant. No paperwork inside tried to contact them all numbers listed to not exist

What an absolute sham. Bought what I thought was a lovely dress from what looked like a lovely shop called Ella&James London to which I find ship the crap items from china which is poor quality and absolute rubbish. After paying for the item got an email from my bank to say someone had been trying to get monies paid to apple London in the sum of £1,589 to which the fraud department were contacted as it certainly wasn’t myself. DO NOT purchase from this company. When you try and return it tells you the items can only be returned to china but the return address on the parcel clearly states Edward, Unit 5 Nexus, Central Way, Feltham, London, TW14 OAF total scam

This is a scam company . They have posed as a bespoke jewellery company based on Windsor..what a beautiful,FAKE website, posing as fine, hand made jewellery makers. Infact they ship from China , rubbish that is plastic and worth tuppence

I only put one star because there's no zero star. Utter rubbish. Wish I'd read the reviews first. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered a dress received two and was charged for two. There is no way of returning the items to get your money back all it actually says do not return to Edward unit 5 on the front of the package. I believe this company is a scam on phoning the unit next to them last week because they receive a lot of calls they believe the same.

The jumper was not as described- was not cotton not labeled no return information wrong size the name of the ad infers it is a german company

The colour and quality of the item is no where near the advertised picture. Absolute sham.

I ordered a cashmere sweater on sale and received a sweater with no tags, no cashmere, no care instructions. Took a couple of emails and two weeks to finally get the package-the sweater was balled up to fit in a too small bag and not the colour I expected. Definitely was not the product featured in advert. Very disappointed!

The Cambridge "coat" I've bought resembles a long blazer, very thin and low quality fabric, without a brand or care label, Cannot return as return form and address was absent.

I received my Cambridge jacket this morning and when I openerd it was pure rag and nothing like the advertised picture.
It also said lined….which it wasn’t and the fabric of the coat dreadful.
So…you won’t be surprised to hear it went straight in the bin. Pure rubbish

Do not buy. A big scam. I would not give this company any stars. Website pictures and details show high quality products but what I got was a cheap garment made of nylon material. Badly sewn and garish. No refunds given claiming if it was a promotion then no refunds will be given. Their other Company is Martha London. There must be more.

The photos in their online video advertisements are identical to those used by a company with another first name followed by London, which is a total scam. I bought two ‘cashmere’ sweaters from this other company but when they came (direct from China) they were polyester.
