Good but Expensive
My computer was faulty and this company talked me through all the options available and there was a satisfactory conclusion with everything working again. But horrendously expensive. £600 for repair and three year guarantee.

Excellent help for setting up laptop and getting printer link sorted. Very patient and excellent at explaining and guiding me through. Mike and David...yes it took both to straighten out my muddle. I heartily recommend these chaps..they didnt mind my endless questions and lack of knowledge.

Service Levels
My expectations from previous issues , but today with more significant problems, the team at Printer care exceeded my expectations, totally brilliant !
But the follow up with hours on the phone was horrendous and did not resolve the issue. Nor did I receive a “ are you satisfied” phone call??

David was very helpful and patient he resolved all the issues on my computer after it had been hacked which was such a relief. I will definately use them and be happy to recommend to my friends
