I had a major problem with my printer not connecting to my computer, and so not printing. I contacted Epson support, but they were unable to help. I received a call from Printer Care - I assume Epson must have passed my query to them. The problem has been solved after one 2 hour phone call and another 50 minute one. I found the experience exhausting but I think the issue has been resolved.

The technician was most helpful, very patient and knowledgeable. I very much appreciated the assistance.

It worked. David was very helpful. He spent a long time reconfiguring the printer so that it would connect to the network. I hope the fix lasts.

David Wilson helped me to install a Canon printer, TS7451a. We had a session where he was taking over my computer remotedly to help with the installation. We worked for some 30 minutes to figure out the problems. HE SUCCEEDED VERY WELL

What I wanted done never got accomplished. I even attempted to call back to find out why and conveniently the person was not available and would call back. Never called back. Thanks for doing nothing but give me the run around.

No Response. Misled about what the were going to do. Told me afterwards about the fee. 3 days later, I have not heard anything from them or FB. I could have structured my own email to FB, without being scammed.

Printer Care 24x7 Making a Difference! It's not often you can honestly say that about anything, especially when it was a chance encounter over the internet! My wife has a laptop that she has seldom used that is very slow and quite frankly is unfit for purpose. We've tried to fix it, the retailer was hopeless and any upgrades installed have just made it worse. So today in a last ditch attempt I went online, and before I had finished inputting all the details I got a call on my mobile!
It was a young lady from Printer Care 24x7 by the name of Veronica who told me she was able to help me. I was okay with that but needed to know full details before I was committed. Well the road to resolution was no easy one yet Veronica stuck to the task and done an amazing job. There is still some activity running in the background but I have been well briefed and my agreement allows me further support with Printer Care 24x7 for up to a year, extendable to 3 years if I so wish. Veronica was a great ambassador for Printer Care 24x7 and a true professional. Extremely knowledgeable and kept me informed at all stages throughout the process.
It has been a pleasure to engage with Printer Care 24x7 and I would be happy recommend them for any computing issues you may have.
