on line support for laptop & printer issue
My tech engineer was very polite and patient with me
He helped to sort issues I'd been having for months
I was at the end of my tether but he did sort it out
It cost more than I anticipated but was essential for me to be able to move forwards.
They allowed me time to research my options and were quick to reply
So far it seems a company that is trustworthy.

I needed help checking the ink level on…
I needed help checking the ink level on my printer, which Printer Care 24/7 had helped install last year. David showed me how to do this, and order more ink. He was very helpful, as usual, and I will know how to check and re-order in future.

David patient and helpful
David patient and helpful. Solved my computer problem - slow - took 2 hours. Payment was tricky as the first attempt my bank told it was "fraudulant" but following morning payment went straight through.

I have been having problems with my…
I have been having problems with my computer over the past few days. Printer Care called me back and without any hassle or even much time, was able to fix things for me. They also cleaned up my computer which, I am sorry to say, it needed! I am very happy with the work that they have done and will know where to go the next time anything happens.
