We haven't had any guidance or support through this, we have purchased credits messaged people with no response. Seams like a waste of £30 at the moment. Very disappointed.

The process of finding a donor can take sometime. We would recommend ensuring that you place as much information on your profile as possible, so that a donor may understand what you are seeking in terms of contact arrangements and such like.

Wrong advertising
Not happy about our kit to be honest with you, not worth £105 at all advertised the certain item pictured called the ferlette in there but didn’t get that and then when I spoke to them said well it’s not on the list and they stoped doing them about a year ago well then it shouldn’t be on the picture wouldn’t use this site again also missing the pregnancy strips and the instructions

Email the multiple times as to when I will get my package how long does it take for me to get my package I've had no response the customer service really been awful it is 74 92 I've got no tracking and no idea this is a birthday present and I would like a refund if I can't get an answer and it's not going to be here before the birthday

The are well organized, extremely helpful and their website is a joy to navigate, both in terms of easy use and layout ( has links to other relevant information). The price to message a donor is outrageous. Now I know it’s still way better off than a donation bank, but I feel you’re taking advantage of woman seeking a free donor. Some are desperate for a free donor and even with this picks in this website it’s not work the amount, make it less. Balance it out. Cause for that much you better be running background checks.

Expensive
Credits are expensive to buy to contact people, and if you buy the membership you have to pay for 3 months via DD I would like be able to pay for just a month with a one off payment with the option to extend monthly. I'd also like to be able to get a basic idea of personality and health not have to buy a full membership to get a whole run down. I appreciate alot of the information is hidden to encourage you to buy the membership and to keep information safe but even offering a one off payment for a month or not doing it via DD may draw more people in?

Message credits are £30 as a PAYG system no expiry and no minimum term. The credit system you have mentioned is for the premium account but this is not required in any respect and you are able to ask members for specific information directly, should you require. We have noticed that you have purchased the PAYG messages and therefore are a little confused as to the respective comments above about min term.
We operate the website without wage and utilising our own money for upkeep and investment to support our members. If you have any questions I am always happy for you to contact us through the website directly.

Pride Angel is very similar to that of a dating website in the fact that the more information you place within your profile the more likely members are to contact you. We have noticed that there is no image, no information about yourself and many of the custom fields have not been selected.
In many cases you may be contacting members with such information, and therefore in order for members to know and understand a little about you it is more than likely you will get a response with a completed profile.
