There is no way to personally delete your account on the website. I also could not load the ‘contact us’ page to find out their contact information to request to have my account deleted. The page doesn’t load due to too many redirections being opened. Simply insane to try and prevent accounts from closing when they are nog being used and would like their personal information off the website.

99% of profiles are fake. I sent about 40 messages to different people in the past month, not even 1 replied or even looked at my profile. This is a massive scam. Should be reported to trading standards. They use people's emotions, some are desperate and they charge you £35 so you can message people that do not exist. Avoid at all costs.

Something is off. Created my account to see what it was all about, the website won’t even let me delete my account, it just gives a weird code. Have emailed the email from trust pilot. Website is full of people openly asking for sex. Very strange and taking advantage of vulnerable people it seems. Also don’t give that crap of “we don’t have a Milly Q”, yes you do I’ve just changed all my details as you won’t let me delete my account.

the web site wasn't that great and now they updated it its got worse,
its now like a communal forum for discussion rather than find an ideal donor,
the donor search function doesn't work, so now Ive got lots of really random people sending me messages ,
feels like a scam website now, Id advise to look elsewhere as its useless

Where to start...

1. Half of the profiles are no longer active but still appear on the match page.

2. From the active profiles, half are looking for intercourse, half of them clearly advertising it on their profile but apparently this is fine for the moderator. Health wise it's concerning and obviously a predatory behaviour.

From my 2 weeks experience using this website looking for donor, 80-90% of the profile are either inactive, time waster or men looking for intercourse only ( which is I protected so extremely concerning).

Please ladies be careful there, a genuine donor willing to help will be fine with artificial insemination, unless you want to and have considered all the risk, don't go for the "natural way".

Went on the site to see where I could help and they want you to pay only person I'm helping here is the owners can understand them charging those using the site to find a doner but those that want to donate is a no no from me

Give this site a 1/10... it is not user friendly at all. A lot of fake profiles, men on there looking to have their leg over and run through as many women for free fun. Cannot vet the donors medical history, some claim they have over 30 children. AVOID this site, expensive subscription too

I am unable to log in to my account. No message appears to tell me why. Emailed directly to ask why I cannot access my account but no response.
I feel communications could be better. It is a worry for everyone when you put such personal details into your account and this happens. You need an element of trust from the site and good rapport and when things go wrong to receive explanation.

I want a child even though I'm a single guy in my 50's so thought I'd give coparents a go.. what a waste of time! After spending an hour or so creating a profile entering all my details etc I started to explore the site.. it's terrible! I found it very slow and difficult to search, I've been an IT guy all my life and really didn't enjoy the experience but the real problem was that after a couple of days, they deleted my account! I sent them an email to find out what had happened and they sent me back a very rude email saying my photos had been refused 15 times.. well I'd only uploaded 1 photo and as far as I was aware they'd accepted it? It just doesn't add up to me.

DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY TO THEM. Paypal will NOT refund. The money is taken instantly but when it comes to refunds, they'll keep extending the deadline for the sellers response. And this fraudulent company never respond. Case started on 7th November and the date for them to respond has been extended infinitely. So avoid this scam company. They don't have genuine donors. And they certainly don't have any local donors. Most 'donors' don't even have any idea of their blood group or CMV status. Which is a huge red flag that they are not serious. Catching CMV when pregnant can cause serious complications for baby. And most clinics recommend using a rhesus negative donor, if you are. No donors who contacted me mentioned taking any STI testing of any sort. You only see once paying a membership to access messages, how tiny the active donor pool is. And even then I'm pretty sure the few replies I received were from the same guy. I'm sad to say I wasted £45 on the 3 month membership. I stopped looking after 1 week. And I have received no donor messages since then. The company send auto generated 'matches' but these are just randomly selected profiles. It quickly became clear this is a scam at best. And has potential to be very dangerous. There are free donor sperm groups on Facebook. I recommend using them. It will be free. And on reputable groups the mods will direct you away from dodgy donors and can recommend trusted ones.

And arrive earlier 1h they wanted to send me away after the fight got to the yard still was waiting for 2h to get my car out but its not the end the driver which was bringing my car out was like in the race so my car was jumping on the forks like a toy so i asked him to slow down but he didn't like that and told me to load my self and left my car in the middle of the yard then i was waited about 20min nothing happened after i blocked the entrance that someone will take attention and yes i got attention from the driver he told me that I'm not welcome to this country and spite on my after all management was involved and finally i got my car lauded happy days 😀 but not the yard SUNDAY manager next day blocked my copart account! It's that customer service should be? That's American company ! 261341 after checking trust and Google reviews I'm not sure how this company still runs

Unfortunately, I would have to agree with the majority sentiment shared so far. I haven't been a member long, however, there were things about the website that was off to me.

a) the website design and quality are extremely poor considering the subscription charges;
b) they verify your picture, yet there are many members without their images, which made me wonder if these were fakes or catfishes;
c) I emailed asking about the 14-day consumer policy in the UK that states that any consumer has up to 14 days to change their mind and be fully refunded. Oddly, co-parents.co.uk, doesn't include that clause, which be a standard clause to all apps and subscriptions sites like this;
d) lastly, I read a lot of reviews and I accept that people generally use sites like Trustpilot to complain, but I was horrified by the very angry responses to people's complaints. Therefore, if this is how the administrators of the website portray themselves publicly, can they (and should they) be trusted to handle such a delicate process as co-parenting and bringing a child into the world? My answer is no.

I hate to say it I agree with the reviews other than processing payments no issues to date.
I think safety should be stressed more on the site and cost of using a clinic advised and how straight forward it can be as some men are on the site for the wrong reasons. I also think that active membership should not be allowed without a photo and also those that are members the photo should not be visible on the front page to non members.

Quite a poor site. The layout is terrible and clunky. Not very well designed. Slow loading speeds.

The membership fee is a rip off.

Other users have said they were notified I've read their messages that they've sent me when I haven't.

If you edit your profile they don't allow you to send & see messages while in the 24 hour "verification" process. This is crazy when I'm a paying member... I should have the access to use the features I'm paying for.

The only good point is that it's a site that appears to help others conceive. How effective it is? I have no idea.

1) in terms and conditions it doesn’t actually state automatic renewal, its not worded very clearly and it is 12 pages down a 16 page 9000 word document

2) could you inform of us your logic to state subscription is automatic is the ‘contact other users’ section of your “help” page

I suppose legally you are ‘covered’ but ethically how do you think you come across?

It very easy to miss - it could be argued that it is hidden/difficult to understand. Could you tell me where on the website it said days remaining? Missed that too

All I can say is they are a SCAM do not sign up! Fake profiles everywhere! If you have signed up make sure you cancel PayPal subscription payment so they don’t scam you every month! Just go to PayPal recurring payments and CANCEL. All the messages by potential donors where FAKE. This is a SCAM company DO NOT SIGN UP!
