Very poor site. They only care about getting your money and will ignore your emails once they have taken payment. Site functions are poor and operates like something from the dinosaur age. I wouldn't recommend this site at all. Steer clear! I am currently in a Paypal dispute with this company and have had to file 3 times. Funny how they have replied to PayPal, but did not reply to any of my direct emails. They are scammers who only care about getting your money.

It's a scam
If i could give the less than a star I would. Their one month subscription is £29 which is only for a month, the options for subscriping for longer than a month are cheaper. Knowing that, I chose to subscribe for a month only. And I cancelled my subscription shortly after that and way before the month ended. However, they continued taking another £29 from my bank account the following month. And they never answered any of my emails asking for a refund.

please dont sign up to them!! They take your money then fob you off!!! Deleted my account even knowing i signed up and paid wont give me a reason why my account has been deleted!!! There response are disgusting probably employed some illegal immigrate with a bad attitude that they pay €1 a day hence why everyone gets a rude response back!! They claim i never signed up well answer me this then why do I get emails from you saying ive got a new message if im not a member!!! Hopefully this scummy company gets jailed for there actions

Dirty little scammers!!! Signed up to this site can send messages to anyone without paying a stupid amount fee!! I told this site to deactivate my account but still keep getting emails saying ive got a new message or I'm compatible with someone..just read there answers from some of there reviews and absolutely shocked on there replys not very professional are they very rude and very nasty (I think this is is a fake and after stealing youre money) they have been reported to fraud sqaurd and trading standards (please dont sign up you will lose your money

Ein Stern ist einer zuviel. Diese Plattform hat fast schon ein Monopol auf dem Markt, da sie sehr weit oben in entsprechenden Suchanfragen auftaucht.
Nach Anlegen eines Profils kann man nach Bundesland oder Land suchen, nicht möglich sind Umkreissuchen, was die umständlichen Suchanfragen unnötig und vorsinnflutlich erschwert. Ferner ist es so, dass nach Blockieren eines Mitglieds aus triftigen Gründen dieses weiterhin mein Profil aufrufen kann und alles einsehen.
Eine entsprechende Anfrage u.a. diesbzgl. führte zur kommentarlosen Löschung meines Accounts. Dies liest man hier auch in anderen Bewertungen. Es entspricht also deren Umgang mit zahlungswilligen Kunden. Auch die Antworten des Webseitenanbieters hier bei den anderen Bewertungen zeigen eine äußerst unprofessionelle Einstellung, die hoffentlich zu einem dauerhaften Einnahmeverlust führt, da es wirklich kundenfreundlichere, serviceorientiertere Apps gibt. Auch kann man immer nur 10 Profile pro Seite aufrufen und diese nicht auf einer Seite darstellen. Dies kann jeder Onlineverkäufer besser. Zudem kann man nicht sehen, welche der Mitglieder überhaupt zahlen und welche nicht. Zur Information: Der Großteil zahlt meist nicht (zum gleichen Zeitpunkt?) und versucht, es auslaufen zu lassen, so dass die Antwortquote hinreichend schlecht ist. Dies kann man NICHT filtern, somit schreibt man vergebens zahlreiche potentielle Kandidaten an. Ich habe es in den letzten 2-3 Jahren immer mal wieder probiert und tatsächlich (nur sehr umständlich) einige aufrichtige Kontakte gefunden.Man wird auch nicht geschützt, so dass nur Premiumkunden sein Foto sehen können, sondern es kann jeder das Profilfoto sehen, der sich einloggt.
Diese Seite agiert äußerst unprofessionell und bietet wenig. Sie lässt sich das Prinzip Hoffnung gut bezahlen. Vor Kontaktaufnahme per Chat zahlt man für einen Monat derzeit 30 Euro, 3 Monate 50 Euro etc. Passt bitte genau auf. Sie richten über Paypal ein automatisches Abo ein, das man am besten SOFORT nach Zahlung selbstständig über Paypal und Abonnements aufrufen muss und kündigen. Ansonsten buchen sie jeweils aufs Neue ab. Im Bankaccount +PaypalAbo werden sie unter THANK U geführt. Diesen Kritikpunkt tun die Anbieter auch hier bei den Bewertungen ab und machen den Kunden für seine Unfähigkeit, die AGBs ordentlich zu lesen, verantwortlich. Auch dies ist extrem unprofessionell. Ein kleiner Reminder bei Abschluss der Zahlung, wo genau ein doch meist unbedarfter Kund/in das Abo kündigen kann, wäre hilfreich und einer der möglichen hilfreichen Schritte in Richtung serviceorientiertem Kundendienst. Des Weiteren habe ich genau diese Bedenken geäußert ggüber dem Kundenservice. Anstatt dass dieser professionell agiert und darauf eingeht, haben sie einfach mein Konto gelöscht ohne weitere Informationen! Ich habe tatsächlich mehrere Tage!! Arbeit in dieses Konto und Emailkontakte gesteckt, nur um jetzt OHNE Kommunikation oder weiteren Emailaustausch mit dem anscheinend miserablen kritikunfähigen Kundendienst kein Konto mehr zu haben. Ich denke, dies muss der Verbraucherzentrale gemeldet werden, da diese Leute mit der Hoffnung von Leuten spielen und sich in keiner Weise verantwortungsbewusst verhalten, weder bzgl. der Zahlungsmodalitäten noch bzgl. des Datenschutzes noch mit der Bereitstellung sinnvoller Auswahlfilter. Sie haben leider noch eine Art Monopol, ich empfehle aber im Android Playstore nach einer neuen kostenfreien BabyApp zu suchen, die ich hier nicht nennen darf, da Coeltern mit allen Mitteln versucht, kritische Bewertungen zu verunglimpfen+die Bewertung hier seit mehreren Wochen auf Eis liegt dank der Meldung von den unseriösen Betreibern von Coeltern. Ein professioneller Anbieter würde die Nennung der vielversprechenden Konkurrenz dulden + versuchen, an sich zu arbeiten anstatt kritische Bewertungen zu unterdrücken. Nur an einer Verbesserung scheint Coeltern leider in keiner Weise interessiert. Eine andere BabyApp ist größtenteils kostenfrei, bietet einen sehr zeitnahen Kundenservice, indem sie Profile löscht, die Frauen belästigen im Gegensatz zu Coeltern, die darauf nicht reagieren, sondern das Frauenprofil löschen. Bei diesen Seiten tut sich ein ganz dunkler Bereich der Gesellschaft auf+der Schutz aufrichtiger Leute sollte höchste Priorität haben. Bitte verschwendet euer Geld nicht in diese unseriöse Plattform. Es gibt sinnvollere Plattformen und Apps. Ich bin gespannt, ob ich nun online gehen darf. Diese Bewertung wurde ZWEIMAL! von Coeltern gemeldet, die hier 2 weitere Profile haben: coeltern.de und coparents.com. FINGER WEG! Vermutl sind die pos Bewertungen gefälscht!

Their website has so many FAKE accounts and profiles!......You have to pay to be able to message anyone and before you have paid you will notice a lot more emails from potential 'matches' - then after you get all excited and pay to be able to message them things will fall silent and the tumbleweeb will roll on by!

DELETED MY ACCOUNT ON THE DAY I HAD JUST PAID FOR 3 MONTHS service!!!

You scammers will choke on the amount that you took from me. You should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves and this review was well worth the amount paid, so that's cool.

After I complained and filed a PayPal dispute they decided to delete my account even though I had just been charged for another 3 months. Absolute shame on you. DISCUSTING!

I am very thankful to the team of coparents for providing me the right donor for me, other sites were not so trustworthy but after having a session with them, i did right by opting the chance and now I am blessed with a baby girl.

Signed up for what is stated on the website a 1 month membership at the cost of just under £30. Checked PayPal and it stated I signed up for a recurrent monthly payment of the above amount. Removed my card details from PayPal and cancelled the payment amount before cut off date. They do not mention this will be an ongoing payment anywhere on their site and I feel they’re not being transparent with their customers. Furthermore, I feel they are scamming subscribers as you will not be aware what you signed up for until several payments have been deducted from you account.

In addition, the site traffic is minimal to none. Same old people and barely none have premium subscriptions which you need in order to send and read messages. I get views everyday and winks, however these are always from the same people who do not have a photograph on their profiles. I find whoever runs this site is orchestrating these views and winks using fake profiles to make it appear the site is fruitful.

I would join another site as you will not get much for your money on this one.

Unethical not trust worthy individuals taking advantage. Unethical people trying to look ethical.
I cancelled my payment via paypal . Coparents response was to delete my profile.
I commented about this on the twitter page - their response was to delete my new profile.
It seems a large portion the people on the site are not paying members so you will not hear from them, you can't as they can't reply until they pay! They just sit there to make the site look busy!

The very same "people" run the coparents.com site , have a look at their reviews on trust pilot! Not good ! and there's the obvious fake reviews as well.

Anti male Bias is clear from their replies - I would not trust these people with your private details and private messages.
They charge a relatively a lot money to exploit vulnerable people ( £25 u.k pounds approximately last time I paid per month) that's the motivator here they truly don't care! and if I'm wrong then you really need to do things very differently but actually I'm probably not wrong am I?
Is it the French customer service perhaps or to be fairer Parisian customer service! - the .co.uk is just to mislead you.

Ask them what their Cancellation policy is ? There's no link on their website to cancel. You have to do it via cancelling paypal payment and then when you do they ..................delete your profile. They like your money! No standards - no ethics- click delete - no respect!
Fortunately other sites our out there. Don't pay go elsewhere ! We deserve better !
