Do not pay 50 euros for a website full of outdated and ghost profiles. This website is scam.

Headline: Unprofessional Service, Account Suspended After Asking for a Refund (GDPR Violation)
​I am writing this review based on fully documented evidence (emails, bank statements, and timestamps).
​On June 28, I was charged $29.99 due to a misunderstanding on their interface. I immediately contacted support to clarify that I didn't use the feature and politely requested a refund. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, the website completely suspended my account on July 2nd, blocking me from accessing or deleting my own personal data and photos.
​When I demanded my money back after the suspension, support replied with a very rude email stating, "Already refunded!!!!!!! And that will be the last time." However, as of today, no refund has cleared, and my account remains blocked.
​Furthermore, preventing me from accessing or deleting my personal data is a direct violation of French and European data protection laws (GDPR). I have already opened a formal financial dispute with my bank (Dispute #2189368) providing all 7 evidence files. If they do not grant me access to my account or delete my personal data immediately, I will proceed to file an official complaint against them with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL).

Their website is 1990s era in terms of quality and speed. They charge $50 a month for access to their service. What a rip-off. Most of their profiles are dormant, so you'll waste money talking to people who haven't opened a message in years. My profile is one such dormant profile. You can't tell when the profiles user last used Co-parents.com

Love the concept, and profiles are clear. Mobile experience could use some improvements.

Wish I'd looked up reviews before signing up. Horrible service. I'm convinced the large majority of the profiles are fake or abandoned. There's zero response from customer support and good luck figuring out how to cancel your subscription (hint: though they say it's done on the website, it's nowhere to be found, and the cancellation needs to be done through PayPal ... at least I think, no one there will confirm or respond).

Was die Grundüberlegung angeht, so war sie nicht schlecht. Was ist falsch am Gedanken, die Sache mit dem Kinderwunsch nicht nüchtern anzugehen und in anderer Weise zum Ziel zu kommen.

Die Seite ist aber kann ich in keiner Weise positiv sehen. Sie ist nicht ernsthaft stabil, was mich schon als solches stört. Man sucht etwas auf und es läd eine Ewigkeit oder die Hälfte oder sonst eine Störung liegt vor. Vielleicht ist auch beim der Umsetzung etwas schiefgelaufen, denn ich kenne ältere Seiten und ältere Umsetzungsmethoden, wo die Seiten zwar alt erscheinen, aber zuverlässig sind. Dann gibt es überall nur Übersetzungen aus der Hölle. Selbst wenn man bei Google direkt übersetzt müssten bessere Sachen herauskommen als dort zu finden ist. Zuletzt ist der Wahnsinn, dass man ohne Aussicht auf Erfolg Geld ausgeben muss um überhaupt schreiben zu können und Nachrichten zu lesen - kenne ich so von Fake-Dating-Seiten, wozu nichts mehr gesagt werden muss. Wenn man dann bedenkt, wie schwierig Dating schon sein kann, wie leicht es ist etwas vorzugaukeln und wie dünn das Eis rechtlich in Deutschland diesbezüglich ist, kann ich nur davon abraten. Zumal es doch möglich ist die Kosten auch über Werbung zu decken. Ich kann es jedenfalls niemanden empfehlen, weil es auf zu vielen Ebenen einfach nur "Nein" schreit.

Terrible website. Very glitchy, often I can't even log in. They overcharge for a very mediocre service of being able to message donors who are most likely already on facebook. Awful customer service on top of it all as well.

I was sexually harassed, and the “free sperm donor” is now a former criminal by admission and not the PhD in Aeronautical engineering that he claimed to be and is suing for rights to my partner and my children. This is an extremely, dangerous website that leads women to believe they would have the opportunity to have children of their own. I was told by my attorney that this is not an unheard of issue with these predatory men trying to move in with lesbians and demanding access to their homes, children, or even bodies after donating sperm.

The “donor” has been disrespectful, sexually harassing, and causing my partner and me unnecessary hurt while caring for two premie diapers and physical illness, threatening of financial abuse, and making me have to contact coparents.com to have him removed as a sperm donor, causing my attorney to potentially do more work to protect my children, being a creep, being a pretentious narcissist, jealous and bullying my partner, taking photos of me without my knowledge or consent, being an immature psychopath with a vulnerable population of women in a delicate situation, pretending to not understand why we are no longer talking to him and are upset, causing me to have emotional distress, causing me to engage with police regarding the issue, making my attorney work harder to protect my partner and me, disregarding my health, my body, my rights, and my children’s other mother’s rights.

I finally heard back from this site about removing this fraudulent profile and toxic/incel male, so he is unable to contact more women/LGBT women to coerce into sex and exploit for now, at least from this site. I think more needs to be done to protect these women from sexual predators that have found an outlet on this site to their frustration.

Do not pay them money. You get nothing whatsoever. They guarantee nothing. For the money charged they should be offering an actual 'introduction agency'. With a huge local pool of donors. Vetting process. And sperm courier services. But they aren't. You're basically just paying to be on an almost inactive forum. That's all. The few donors that hang around there are either prolific donors, already on many other free forums, including facebook. Or they're hiding out there after being refused by free sites for breaking rules. And have been found to be putting recipients at risk.

Site is glitchy and awkward to use, and while it’s free to create a profile, it’s not cheap to connect with someone. Both parties have to be actively subscribed to exchange emails, so even if you pay, you still can’t get in touch with users unless they are currently paying too. Everything is moderated, so updates and changes are annoyingly slow. I may subscribe still only because there are no good options that I have found in this space, however, based on the free experience, I wish there was something better.

I also think it’s strange you can’t include baby/child pictures of yourself. These are pretty standard on sperm donor sites and a useful tool for selecting a genetic donor in my opinion.

I tried to delete my subscription after 10 minutes but no answer.
I found out there are basically no women in my area and tried to delete immediately my subscription ( their terms and conditions allow to delete it within 7 days), but received no answer from them.

Scam. You cant actually connect with people unless you’re willing to dish out $40/month and they will not allow you to put alternatives in your bio because they have to approve every word. There are other options that don’t force you to put money in their pockets to simply say hi. They’re taking advantage of people who want to have children. If you’re going to make people pay to send a dang message you need to vet your users more.

Website is full of creeps who say one thing and are another. But good luck deleting them or getting rid of their messages. You can't. The site, that performs as if we were still back in the dark ages, would allow you to ban, hide and delete profiles/messages. But refresh and they are all hanging there, waiting to be banned/hidden and deleted to come roaring back to life again.

PrideAngel is a little more legit, I think, and hookup websites even better. At least more honest. Don't waste your money on this garbage. You'd regret it within a minute of confirming payment.

You can "block" someone - but in fact they still can text you??? What the hell....

I was asking them WHY the "blocking thing" is not working-but no answer!

Now I deleted my profile earlier.

The admin service around is meanwhile very impolite, almost rude. And their responds are unprofessional. No good customer care.
