No luck for me, guys play mind games, and only depend on beautiful women to help, I been lied to and lead on like a fool by this one guy who did nothing but waste my time, & wasnt able to be reach (bad communication) I only wanted a third child, good thing I'm already bless with twins from a serious relationship, not from co-parenting. Thank God I have kids then no kids at all, so glad i met my ex boyfriend naturally.

My story is simple.
I had a legitimate (free) account for several years.
One day i decided to be more active there.
A photo got rejected for having face covered. I assume for having a COVID mask or maybe for having my daughter in the picture.
The photo got rejected (Really?)
I sent an email criticizing that fact and their ridiculous high prices and business model.
I mean, such restriction on photos and at same time, allowing users without photo to be there. Then no investment on a better quality website.. and having the audacity to demand such high prices, it is ridiculous.
People don't talk to each other because they are obliged to pay. Makes no sense.
After few hours, i could not login anymore to my account. I just assume that they complete deleted my profile for no reason and no justification...
I would not trust this company with an attitude like this!
Do not trust them.

Photos must comply with our moderation rules. They must clearly show the member, cannot feature children, nudity or inappropriate content, and should not be heavily edited.
A rejected photo does not by itself result in account deletion. However, repeatedly uploading the same rejected photo can lead to suspension, and serious violations such as nudity may result in account removal.

Utter Disgrace!!! After paying after a couple of days now I’m not able to log in. Before that log in was fine! Thieves they are! Stopped recurring payments immediately. Most profiles are fake they make you pay for messages not even there. BEWARE!

A Premium subscription should be activated immediately after successful payment. Paying for Premium does not result in an account being blocked.
Accounts may however be suspended because of moderation or rule violations. If a paid account cannot be accessed, support should be contacted so the individual case can be reviewed.

These are the most miserable people you ever want to deal with. DON'T EVER GIVE THEM A PENNY OF YOUR MONEY.
I was a paying member and for no explainable reason my totally correct login stopped working. I tried contacting them 4 times about this with no response. So since I had paid for a service I can no longer use they are essentially STEALING THE MONEY.

Our support team normally responds within 24 hours and can investigate login or account-access problems individually.

This site worked out perfectly good for me. I found the right person for my co parenting plans right away. Unfortunately I had to put the plans on hold due to health issues. The tech support has bee great and absolutely cordial. I can recommend this site in a blink of an eye, any give day!

Subscription renewal conditions are provided when subscribing. Cancellation can also be requested directly from our support team.
A negative review does not in itself justify suspending an account; moderation decisions are handled separately.

Ein Stern ist einer zuviel. Diese Plattform hat fast schon ein Monopol auf dem Markt, da sie sehr weit oben in entsprechenden Suchanfragen auftaucht.
Nach Anlegen eines Profils kann man nach Bundesland oder Land suchen, nicht möglich sind Umkreissuchen, was die umständlichen Suchanfragen unnötig und vorsinnflutlich erschwert. Ferner ist es so, dass nach Blockieren eines Mitglieds aus triftigen Gründen dieses weiterhin mein Profil aufrufen kann und alles einsehen.
Eine entsprechende Anfrage u.a. diesbzgl. führte zur kommentarlosen Löschung meines Accounts. Dies liest man hier auch in anderen Bewertungen. Es entspricht also deren Umgang mit zahlungswilligen Kunden. Auch die Antworten des Webseitenanbieters hier bei den anderen Bewertungen zeigen eine äußerst unprofessionelle Einstellung, die hoffentlich zu einem dauerhaften Einnahmeverlust führt, da es wirklich kundenfreundlichere, serviceorientiertere Apps gibt. Auch kann man immer nur 10 Profile pro Seite aufrufen und diese nicht auf einer Seite darstellen. Dies kann jeder Onlineverkäufer besser. Zudem kann man nicht sehen, welche der Mitglieder überhaupt zahlen und welche nicht. Zur Information: Der Großteil zahlt meist nicht (zum gleichen Zeitpunkt?) und versucht, es auslaufen zu lassen, so dass die Antwortquote hinreichend schlecht ist. Dies kann man NICHT filtern, somit schreibt man vergebens zahlreiche potentielle Kandidaten an. Ich habe es in den letzten 2-3 Jahren immer mal wieder probiert und tatsächlich (nur sehr umständlich) einige aufrichtige Kontakte gefunden.Man wird auch nicht geschützt, so dass nur Premiumkunden sein Foto sehen können, sondern es kann jeder das Profilfoto sehen, der sich einloggt.
Diese Seite agiert äußerst unprofessionell und bietet wenig. Sie lässt sich das Prinzip Hoffnung gut bezahlen. Vor Kontaktaufnahme per Chat zahlt man für einen Monat derzeit 30 Euro, 3 Monate 50 Euro etc. Passt bitte genau auf. Sie richten über Paypal ein automatisches Abo ein, das man am besten SOFORT nach Zahlung selbstständig über Paypal und Abonnements aufrufen muss und kündigen. Ansonsten buchen sie jeweils aufs Neue ab. Im Bankaccount +PaypalAbo werden sie unter THANK U geführt. Diesen Kritikpunkt tun die Anbieter auch hier bei den Bewertungen ab und machen den Kunden für seine Unfähigkeit, die AGBs ordentlich zu lesen, verantwortlich. Auch dies ist extrem unprofessionell. Ein kleiner Reminder bei Abschluss der Zahlung, wo genau ein doch meist unbedarfter Kund/in das Abo kündigen kann, wäre hilfreich und einer der möglichen hilfreichen Schritte in Richtung serviceorientiertem Kundendienst. Des Weiteren habe ich genau diese Bedenken geäußert ggüber dem Kundenservice. Anstatt dass dieser professionell agiert und darauf eingeht, haben sie einfach mein Konto gelöscht ohne weitere Informationen! Ich habe tatsächlich mehrere Tage!! Arbeit in dieses Konto und Emailkontakte gesteckt, nur um jetzt OHNE Kommunikation oder weiteren Emailaustausch mit dem anscheinend miserablen kritikunfähigen Kundendienst kein Konto mehr zu haben. Ich denke, dies muss der Verbraucherzentrale gemeldet werden, da diese Leute mit der Hoffnung von Leuten spielen und sich in keiner Weise verantwortungsbewusst verhalten, weder bzgl. der Zahlungsmodalitäten noch bzgl. des Datenschutzes noch mit der Bereitstellung sinnvoller Auswahlfilter. Sie haben leider noch eine Art Monopol, ich empfehle aber im Android Playstore nach einer neuen kostenfreien BabyApp zu suchen, die ich hier nicht nennen darf, da Coeltern mit allen Mitteln versucht, kritische Bewertungen zu verunglimpfen+die Bewertung hier seit mehreren Wochen auf Eis liegt dank der Meldung von den unseriösen Betreibern von Coeltern. Ein professioneller Anbieter würde die Nennung der vielversprechenden Konkurrenz dulden + versuchen, an sich zu arbeiten anstatt kritische Bewertungen zu unterdrücken. Nur an einer Verbesserung scheint Coeltern leider in keiner Weise interessiert. Eine andere BabyApp ist größtenteils kostenfrei, bietet einen sehr zeitnahen Kundenservice, indem sie Profile löscht, die Frauen belästigen im Gegensatz zu Coeltern, die darauf nicht reagieren, sondern das Frauenprofil löschen. Bei diesen Seiten tut sich ein ganz dunkler Bereich der Gesellschaft auf+der Schutz aufrichtiger Leute sollte höchste Priorität haben. Bitte verschwendet euer Geld nicht in diese unseriöse Plattform. Es gibt sinnvollere Plattformen und Apps. Ich bin gespannt, ob ich nun online gehen darf. Diese Bewertung wurde ZWEIMAL! von Coeltern gemeldet, die hier 2 weitere Profile haben: coeltern.de und coparents.co.uk FINGER WEG! Vermutl sind die pos Bewertungen gefälscht!

Vielen Dank für Ihre ausführliche Kritik. Einige der damals genannten Punkte haben sich inzwischen verändert.
Konten ohne Aktivität seit mehr als 18 Monaten werden gelöscht und Profile können nach letzter Aktivität sortiert werden. Nutzer können andere Mitglieder blockieren und melden; gemeldete Profile werden von unserem Moderationsteam überprüft und gegebenenfalls suspendiert oder gelöscht.
Wir erstellen weder Fake-Profile noch falsche Bewertungen. Positive wie negative Rückmeldungen helfen uns, Probleme zu erkennen und die Plattform weiterzuentwickeln.

An account may be suspended because of moderation or a rule violation, but not simply because a member has not subscribed.
If an account is suspended and you would like the profile and personal information removed, deletion can still be requested through support.
SCAM, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have been emailing to CANCEL my subscription and even took my payment details off PayPal but they STILL charged me it’s all a scam and I have sent several emails and not received a SINGLE reply!!! I have disputed this with PayPal and deleted my account
I want my money back it’s a waste of time and a huge scam

We understand your anger, particularly if you had just paid for a new subscription period.
Account moderation and payments are separate matters. A profile can be removed for a serious breach of our rules, but a paid subscription should still be handled appropriately, including any applicable refund.
If a refund was issued, the time before it appears can also depend on the payment provider.

SCAM please avoid! I sent 100 messages to potential donors and only 2 replied. Profiles on this page are fake. This website is only make to steal your money. I purchased only a month and I was automatically charged for another month on PayPal. They refused to give me refund. I’m taking them to the court. Profiles are moderated, suspicious or inappropriate accounts are removed, and accounts with no activity for more than 18 months are deleted. Members can also sort profiles by recent activity.
Unfortunately, Premium access cannot guarantee that another member will reply.

CoParents.com is a SCAM. I signed up and paid up front via PayPal for a few months of service. Six months later, $99.00 was taken from my account via PayPal again with ABSOLUTELY NO WARNING given. They claimed I signed up for a recurring subscription, and referred to their Terms & Conditions, refusing to refund my money for services I no longer requested nor want. PayPal was just as bad, refusing to refund my money when I disputed the charge, as the original transaction was programmed with them as recurring, unbeknownst to me. AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS.
UPDATE (3/22/2019):
CoParents.com has replied to me here on Trustpilot: "We reimburse all members who ask politely ..." - If this is true, why did you not refund me when I emailed you politely on 3/21/2019 requesting reimbursement? My email to you read:
"Hello, I did not want to renew for another six months with coparents.com, yet I was just charged $99 by you. Can you please refund this ASAP?"

In no way did this email you sent to me involve reimbursing me. I paid you one time through PayPal and it was never made clear that you programmed it with them as a recurring transaction.

UPDATE (Aug 9, 2026): After 7 years, CoParents.com just replied to my review here with information that does not actually address the money that was stolen and not refunded to me. If you claim your service has improved, how about correcting this theft by paying me back? That may have been a more genuine approach than trying to polish your reputation by publicly replying to years-old reviews.

You are right that our previous reply did not address the main point of your review: you explicitly asked for a refund in 2019, and the response you received only referred you to the subscription terms and cancellation procedure. That was not an adequate response to your request.
We cannot determine from this Trustpilot exchange alone exactly what happened with the $99 payment seven years ago, and we do not want to make claims about a transaction we have not verified.
If you still have the PayPal transaction details, please contact us and reference this review. We will look again at the original payment and refund request and determine whether this old case can still be resolved.
We also understand your criticism about receiving a generic response seven years later. Our intention in revisiting older reviews is to address unresolved criticism more appropriately, not to pretend that the original experience did not happen.
