I found the father of my child! Thank you!

Avoid at all costs - took my money, suspended my account for no reason and when I asked for their assistance they have ignored my emails.

I joined the site a while back in the hopes of finding a potential coparent match. The website is awfully outdated - does not work well on mobile platforms for example - and there is a VERY shallow pool of current/real male members who are not just looking to have no-strings unprotected sex. For those looking for a free sperm donor its perfect but if you're looking for an actual coparent this site is useless.

I still perserved as I am somoene who likes to give things my all. From the start my profile stated no Brexit or Trump supporters please - that was all. An important political value that I thought should be stated upfront to avoid clashes/confrontation. This was approved by their site moderators. A few members who disagreed respectfully informed me of such and we left things at that, however, one took it upon himself to send me an abusive message. I immediately blocked him and flagged the correspondence with their site asking them to let me know what they would do about it. It took them days to respond and when they did I got a one line response asking for the username which I provided.

Two weeks later I still had not heard back. I also at the same point decided to log-in to my account but found that it had been suspended. No email had been sent to inform me of this.

I suspect that the abusive member in question retaliated by reporting me and the site, rather than take a common sense approach, suspended my account. I contacted them again to ask for a response to my initial email about what action they were going to take in regards to the abusive member on their site and also query why my account had been suspended. They did not provide an answer to my query other than to state my account had been blocked following a complaint and that I needed to provide my identity card.

Now considering the sensitive nature of this site and the importance of info like my identity I, understandably, was concerned about this. I replied back to ask them to pls outline what complaint had been made, why the decision had been taken to suspend my account, why my identity card was needed and how their storage of such information would comply with data protection laws. Till now I have received no reply back but my account has remained suspended. This means I have been charged for a service that I am unable to use.

This is quite upsetting considering the reasons that brought me to the site. It is also really unfair also that my account has been suspended after I have been the victim of an abusive and vindictive member - which I brought to their attention - who they seem completely OK with him sending nasty messages to people just because they have differing political views.

I have been charged twice once 69 pounds and other time 29 pounds the same day without membership be activated and once I complained my account was deleted without receiving my refunds yet. its shocking website that can fool you to give your payment details and so much money go for no use of the membership.

Its a big decision finding a co-parent that will commit to involve in my child's life and mine in a romance free setting. And  after intentionally get to know a potential co parent well through this platform,  I can say, we are on our way to becoming a family. Its so exciting! Thanks!

Site owners delete profiles, don't seem to respond to concerns, and behave unprofessionally via email. They also appear to lie without conscience, judging from my experience with them, and from the other one star reviews. Read the one star reviews to see the pattern.
They are too small to start a class action against them, but they deserve it.

Coparents issued a reply to this review in August, and you can read it below. They say someone complained about me, and that's why they removed my profile. That's a direct lie. I reported a profile of a white supremacist in Walla Walla, and rather than reply to the report, they simply removed my profile, and left the nazi profile up. I'm not even joking. This company is sleezy. Don't give them money.

They tried taking my money and deleted my photo that was in line with the rules, while other users had profile pictures that weren't within the guideline rules. I also posted in their forum, which needs approving to post. They never approved it. I messaged them to complain and they passive aggressively sent me an email to end my subscription, so I did and they removed me from the site. I'm still waiting on a refund and I've reported them to paypal. I didn't even use the site for two days while subscribed and they pulled this crap. Don't try this site, there are other coparenting sites out there that provide better output and better customer service.

The site is sincere and real.

Messages always froze. The site didn’t seem too professional. I wouldn’t recommend.

This was exactly what I was searching for when looking for a donor but not wanting to use conventional and expensive IVF.
