Most women do not know what they are looking for! The whole aspect is like a chase game and are timewasters.
They do not even reply to one's message because they do not want you use their credit.
It baffles me how they are going to co-parent or look for a sperm donor and support the child financially if they can't use their credits to reply to one another's messages.

A ton of my credits were used on messages that I received an error for that never went through and I have still been unable to get ahold of anyone to address this.

SO frustrating
Umm, no. You as the merchant that approved the transaction on your end is the one responsible for resolving immediately. I show on my statement that a charge for 52.18 has POSTED to my debit account. That means my bank is NOT the problem you are taking peoples money and not providing the credits as promised.
SO frustrating. Created a profile and bought credits. The money is pending withdrawal from our account and yet no credits show up on our profile. WTH
The account is under Brittany Alvarado and if it didn’t work then why do I have a pending charge on my bank card?!

Set up an account with Pride Angle then it says after a couple of days your registration wasn't approved. Doesn't say why or how to solve the problem, slightly confused....

Just another website raking in money, you can’t even message a donor without paying 😂 stupid. Create an app and make messaging free, get some advertisements on instead or something JAB is far easier to use and offers free messaging.

I've joined Pride Angel few years back and while I had issues with other parenting sites I've never had any (or witnessed any actually) issue here. There could be some more dynamic profile sharing inviting registered users to mingle a bit more but I also like the site the way it is! 5 stars for me!

Paid messaging credits create a hurdle for families and donors
Seems pointless so far to have to pay for messaging credits so early. I think it deters donors from responding since they know they have to pay. When people like me and my partner are seeking to start a family, the paywall hurdle feels difficult since we have no clue whether or not the donor will pay for messaging credits to reply back. Feels like potential missed opportunities for the right donors. It would make more sense to just have donors available who have paid as well so that it weeds out ones who might not be serious or fall off after logging in once or twice.

We can confirm that donors do not pay for message credits, and our apologies if you thought that this was the case. If you you think we need to update a part of the website to ensure that others dont think this also please do let us know.
There are members on Pride Angel that have paid and these are the premium account members, whom have benefits for such payments, but as mentioned donors do not have to pay to message.
We can see that you have sent 2 messages to date, it is certainly worth spending time and looking through donor profiles in order to make more contact.

Verification super slow and it’s expensive
I put a photo on nearly a week ago and it’s still not been verified but it also says u can’t have ur profile verified until you have a profile picture. It’s just so slow and the site is expensive too.
I joined a different site and was verified within the house !

I understand that more members make the option for people searching look plentiful and that people who take out premium membership you would be reluctant to do this with so perhaps replying should be part of the sign up terms and conditions or members rated according to their engagement so that those really actively searching can have expectations managed
