Shocking company, solely there to extract as much money as they can from motorists. Signage in car parks too small to read penalty charges daylight robbery, premium rate phone numbers and charges for sms receipt. This company should be banned from operating.

I would give zero stars if I could. Fined for not parking wholly within a bay in a packed car park where the only space was beside someone else who wasn’t parked wholly within a bay. Absolute made up bullcrap to rob people of their money. It’s made up nonsense. Parking fines and yellow box fines I understand when the money goes to the council because they help with flow of traffic etc and allow people to park on their own streets around train stations and schools, but this is made up nonsense that contributes nothing to the world and serves no one but them. The people who own this have a whole load of terrible karma coming their way because of robbing people of their money for no good reason other than disgusting greed. How they sleep at night is beyond me. If I was ever to meet one of them I would happily go to prison for GBH. I will never use another car park that they run ever again, even if it means not accessing the businesses that use them. They can all go f***. I hope terrible things happen to them all.

This company is just a legalised bunch of thieves. It is obviously run by a bunch of drop outs that have found a way to just steal your hard earned cash and have permission to do it. The best advice is as soon as you see a sign with the name on find elsewhere to park. They will invent an excuse to fine you.

I wouldn’t even give them one star! I am a blue badge holder. There were no disabled spaces left so I parked on an end bay. I was literally millimetres over a white line (no car next to me as it was an end bat). I came back to find a penalty notice stating I had taken two spaces! I tried (like everyone else) to dispute via email but it pinged back. Tried everything to speak to a person to no avail. I got a demand for £100 and threatened with a bailiff if I didn’t pay. I have serious health problems and didn’t need this stress. I very reluctantly paid as I was scared to have a bailiff at my door. I’m a law abiding citizen who has had to give up my career due to ill health and I’m appalled people like this exist. I don’t know how they sleep at night.

My experience is that Premier Parking are not interested in genuine issues (i.e. they put profit over ethics).

They also appear to dismiss legitimate appeals through an internal process that requires no explanation.

Dreadful company. Beware. I bought the correct ticket with cash and displayed it. 4 weeks later i get a parking fine. By then the ticket was long gone. Clear CCTV would have seen me buying the ticket and displaying it. I appealed and they give themselves 28 days to reply. After reply you have a further 14 days to pay the reduced fine. THEY DONT REPLY. It goes straight to debt collection for the full amount. I have written a complaint to BPA. It is almost impossible to contact Premier park by phone or email and you cannot review your appeal on their website because it says the reference is not valid.

Ive had to give this company 1 star as I cannot give less. I tried to download their awful app in the carpark at Solihull ice rink. It didn't download so I managed to find the cash. I had now been in the carpark for less than 10 minutes, so I paid the correct amount for my stay after I found the cash. I paid for longer than I stayed like most people do. A few weeks later I had a letter informing me I had not paid the correct amount. I appealed. What a waste of time that was. Why would I risk not paying the correct amount to be fined £60, who in their right mind would do that. Well I hope what goes around comes around. They are a bunch of unreasonable lowlifes and I hope that they cannot sleep at night, even worse, I hope that they are on the naughty list forever. I hope that you read this Santa and don't land on their carpark this year as you will also get a ticket.

Clearly a waste of time writing this or disputing the charge based on the reviews…
I paid within a reasonable period of arrival: after arriving I downloaded their awful app, registered for this (as it’s not one of the common apps I hadn’t come across it before), finding out that you needed a physical card as opposed to online or apple pay to make payment and as I don’t carry my cards I then returned to the machine to pay for a duration longer than my stay. Got a PCN a few weeks later, appealed with evidence of payment that was rejected as I hadn’t paid for the entire duration (I’d paid for longer, just starting 15min after arrival).
Was going to appeal through Popla, but they also seem to be a waste of space…
Avoid a Premier Park if you possibly can

Absolute tossers , fine for collecting a washing machine outside of of currys in a van , a van that you cant park in the allocated bays as its too big , moronic cash generation scheme

Used a pub car park managed by this company. No clear signage at the pub or indeed the car park attached to input car registration details. Also not informed by any member of staff in the pub. Appeal was rejected stating that the vehicle was parked without virtual permit. We were even able to submit a receipt for the meal as evidence we were using the pub at the time.
If we did not live too far away we’d of gone back and taken photographs of the lack of signage. Instead we have paid the £60 fine due to reading the reviews of this unscrupulous company and given how they operate to prevent further costs.
This company is a prime example of the need for further regulation in the private parking industry.

When I arrived Sainsburys Premier Park car park in Dartford - three out of four machines not working - long queue at the only one operating - I went to the other three to confirm this.
I was three from the front when I found out that the machine was not accepting coins and the man who paid with credit card did not get a receipt. There was nobody around to help.
I called the 0800 number and no advisers to assist but was told by their recorded message that if I could not pay - then to leave which I did. I mean I could pay as I had my coins or credit card ready but it was the machines causing the issues
Just to warn you if you use this car park today.
Sorry according to my phone I rang them at 13:53 today and then again when I got home at 14:39 to let them know the situation
Hopefully they will get the machines working for tomorrow as otherwise I reckon it will be chaotic!

What a disgrace of a company. Should not be allowed to continue in business. Essentially glorified scammers.

Have now submitted a complaint and will now be going to citizens advise.

Long story short:
Received a “final chance before action” letter this morning in the post which caused me a lot of distress.

I was sent a letter regarding a PCN which I recieved on the 25th of September, which had taken 7 days to arrive. I had therefor lost 7 days of my 14 notice to pay/appeal.

In the initial letter, it said the PCN was left outstanding. I was not made aware of any PCN until the letter came in the post, there was no notice stuck to my car window or anything.

I have submitted two appeals one on the 25th of September when I first got the letter in the post. To which I got no confirmation of submission.

And a second one on the 3rd of October which I also got no confirmation of submission.

I have checked my emails daily to see if I have had any response but I have not.

I have now lodged a complaint as the correct procedures have not been followed with any responses being given to my appeals and I have now been left distressed and upset worrying that someone is going to come to my mothers home demanding money.

Has anyone managed to win an appeal or claim?

I’m now sat here worrying about someone coming to the door.

My son has received a parking fine albeit paid to park at St Georges car park Gravesend.

I will be taking the matter to the local MPS, Watchdog and the police. I encouraged the rest of you who have been fraudulently fined to do the same.

Parked in Swansea Maria paid for 4 hours, was a massive jam to get out of the car park and been charged for staying there too long 😆😆😆 how am I meant to get out when the exit is blocked! Honestly robbing people of their cash well done 👏🏻

I paid by phone to park as usual at Goals Soccer Centre, Beckenham—the payment takes one up to 5pm after which parking is free in order to attract custom for the centre. I left the centre thirty-four minutes after five. I appealed with evidence from Goals Soccer Centre that there is no charge after 5. Premier Parking still demanded £20.00 although their explanation contradicts itself. I paid to avoid having to pay even more but now am at a loss how to avoid incurring another fine when parking there and how to make it even plainer that no extra post-5pm fee is due in any case. This company only exists to rip motorists off. What other function does it provide?

I recently received a parking charge from Premier Parking for failing to input my vehicle registration, despite there being no clear signage indicating this requirement. When I challenged the charge and requested CCTV evidence showing the supposed signage, all they sent me was a picture of my car driving out of the car park—the same one they originally sent with the fine. No evidence of the signage at all!

This company seems more interested in issuing fines than actually providing clear information to drivers. Absolutely ridiculous and frustrating experience.

This highlights the lack of clear signage and the frustration around the issue!

Can I ask if anyone has actually been taken to court for non payment ? I’m being threatened with that currently !!
