An absolute con. I challenged my parking fine, initially with Premier Park and after getting a negative response (surprise!) took my grievance to POPLA. After a long delay, POPLA supported Premier par... Zobacz więcej

Thieving criminals!
Anyone in Southampton, be aware not to park in the car park for Shirley delivery office when collecting a parcel! Apparently it's now only for The Gym, even though the entrance is just signposted as the delivery office! (There's a small sign halfway through the car park, but it's too late by then as they've already got your registration). I appealed to POPLA and was meant to receive a response within 2-4 weeks. They finally responded after over 8 weeks and said I still had to pay the £100 fine. They're all in it together. Absolute sharks!
This company needs to review its procedures
This company needs to review its communication procedure. First contact to me was made through Royal Mail advising my of the fine as I'd put wrong registration number in machine. Then upon appealing, nothing from them - or so I thought. Weeks later I found their response to my appeal in my e-mail ARCHIVE!! I was too late to pay discounted amount as was out of time. Who looks in their ARCHIVE? Why didn't they post their response to me? Then 45 mins on phone trying to explain to Debt Recovery company what had happened to no avail.
Simply put … nasty scam artists!
Trying to manoeuvre a long wheel based minibus into a tight parking space is problematic. Having to go in at an angle to avoid colliding with other vehicles, I left my rear tyre slightly over a faded white line! Outcome: Invoiced for £100! Appeal rejected… quelle surprise! This company is an outfit designed merely to inflict misery on the public for their own profit. Shopping centres who use companies like this should be careful …. Customers will stay away! Today, I spent £140 on items I would have previously bought at Crewe Retail Park. I will be staying away, as long as this company operates the parking.
SCAM COMPANY
SCAM COMPANY
If -100 was an option it would be chosen. I recieved a letter for a fine for 'leaving the site' of my parked car. This never occurred, I parked in a carpark and entered a shop which is part of the retail park itself but accused of leaving. There is no evidence I left the area. You cannot contact anybody to dispute the claims, you simply have to pay. You're essentially bullied into paying a fine that shouldn't have been given. I was also sent the letter over a week after the apparant notice issue date, which means it fell out of being able to pay £60 and instead I had to pay the full £100. How this company can continue to operate across the country is appalling.
Is their practice legal?
Cannot believe how this company can continue to operate. Made an error inputting reg number, which we stated in our appeal, along with unarguable evidence we were patrons of the pub. No communication that our appeal had been rejected nor why until we made a complaint and received notification from Debt Recovery Agency! Surely this cannot continue to be legal
If only you could give 0 stars
If only you could give 0 stars. Paid for parking, machine accepted money and registration number. Machine gave no ticket. Assumed it was on the system as money taken and registration entered. Received £100 ticket 2 weeks after the day we parked. No one to speak to, all automated no choice but to pay. Absolute scammers
Scammers do not use
Like others say, not even 1 star rated!! They should be ashamed! My Dad parked at Falmouth dock area, we came back, put the car reg in, came up with payment and we paid. 2 wk’s ago a demand for £60 arrives. I appealed sent 2 uploads of my bank receipt and now they say there were no attachments and time us out, we pay now or increase to £100. Robbing ********! Scammers!!! We will write to ombudsman and further appeal. They make it do that you can’t speak to someone and difficult as possible. DO NOT USE this company. Fraudsters!!!
both their 2 machines broken
both their 2 machines were unable to take any contactless payment (and if they could they charge 4 x the amount for a cash payment).
Managed to get cash from nearby pub to pay for and displayed a ticket in car.
Got Notice to Keeper for a £60 penalty a week later.
Appealed. Heard nothing for a month now...
i missed the first letter off of my reg…
i missed the first letter off of my reg and ive been fined £170
i sent the valid ticket but they said its not a valid ticket
so ive either been out and purchased a van with a corresponding registration or i was the luckiest person in the car park and found a ticket that just happens to be the same reg as mine albeit missing one letter , ive sent all evidence and a cover letter but they are intent in fining me . disgusting company
Scam of a company
Parked not fully in bay and in a small hatched area where no other car could park explained to them I was not taking any other space up and due to car parked near white line I needed to open door fully, not interested money pinching robbers £60 who you can't even speak to, just interested in making money from motorists, shops should be ashamed to be associated with them

Went to lidle's longwell green bristol on the 1/7/2024,
Parked in a disabled bay with my blue badge and time clock set To the correct time, premier parking charged me £60.00 for being 13 minutes over the time limit of two hours, I have brittle bone disease and a low immune system so I'm unable to walk very well, if I was an hour over I could understand that but just 13 minutes that's ridiculous, this company have no compassion for anyone, no wonder people do there shopping on line, this is why our shopping centres are dying,
Premier parking are usless scumbags, 🤬🤬🤬🤬

This is a scumbag company it needs shutting down.
gaslighting azzes
Sent a pcn all because I accidentally flipped my mums disabled badge onto the time side and popped it on the dashboard, I sent them proof that her badge is valid and mentioned they can check cctv to see that my mum did infact get out of the car, 2 appeals denied with popla as well (of course they side with them) within these appeals they have sent out of date photos of signs as ‘proof’ which they do not have all signs that they sent photos of nor the same shops and where I was parked there were no signs near especially considering it’s a DISABLED BAY (I do have proof of this however I was only allowed 2 pieces of evidence for the appeals which had to be my mums disabled badge) along with that they made assumptions about me “knowing how to display a blue badge correctly” but I wasn’t aware that you needed to show the card side too as it’s not my badge and my mum has never explained this to me and like I said to them I’d understand a pcn being issued if I couldn’t prove my mums disabled badge was valid. £90 for a stupid little mistake that effected no one but their little ego, not a chance mate. I now have all evidence I need and will see you in court. Azz wipes.
scumbag company should be investigated
scumbag company should be investigated. tried to fine me for not paying even though i sent a picture of my ticket. they replied saying they would reduce it to £20 lol not a chance i will go to court first.
Absolute bogus company machine dis not…
Absolute bogus company machine did not work to get ticket to park and had to drive back out obviously and got a fine at my old address tried to ring and actually speak to a human but got nothing but automated bots the reference on the letter for the fine that they gave me did not even get recognised so could not pay so then got the second letter that it has now been passed on and im still struggling to find an actual number where i can speak to someone also because it is a mobility car the debt has come to me as its my lease but i am not the driver he was running around for me
Tried to transfer liability and their system just kept lagging and taking me back to the info page
So its bogus because it seems set up to catch people out as there is no way of actually sorting their errors out and you get stung for not getting im contact

Greedy and unsympathetic to a mistake by an 85 year old Blue Badge holder
Croydon renewed my wife’s Disability Blue Badge on 13 June and it arrived approx. one week later. She assumed that she should use the new badge immediately from the date she received it in common with other renewals of cards, etc. She received a parking charge notice on 13 July 2024 while shopping at Tesco when she parked in a disabled parking bay at Purley Retail Park, Croydon with her new Disability Blue Badge displayed. On receiving Premier Park’s Parking Charge Notice, I checked the details on the renewal Blue Badge and it was only then that she realised she should continue using her old Blue Badge until its expiry date on 2 September 2024 and then commence using her new Badge from 3 September 2024. She wrote to Premier Park to appeal the parking charge and apologised for her mistake and for any inconvenience that this may cause. She attached photos of her previous valid Blue Badge which she should have continued to use until its expiry. She hoped that, using common sense and allowing for her age, Premier Park would accept her appeal. In reply Premier Park rejected her appeal stating “Whilst we note the comments made in your appeal, …..the vehicle was parked in contravention of the advertised terms and conditions and therefore we can confirm that this PCN has been issued correctly.” This shows that Premier Park is a money making private parking company sticking to the letter of the law and unprepared to deal sympathetically with an elderly Blue Badge holder who made a simple mistake as virtually all renewals, such as debit/credit cards, passports, etc., are automatically used from the time when they are renewed. Premier Park claim on their website that “they provide an exemplary customer experience. They do not - they are in reality a greedy money-grabbing enterprise.
Would be less than 1 star if that was…
Would be less than 1 star if that was an option.
Was apparently issued a parking fine for occupying 2 bays, however, the only reason I know this is because of a letter received from Debt Recovery Plus a month after the fine was supposedly issued saying I had ignored previous correspondence and now had to pay £170 or legal action would be taken. DRP say that Premier Parking state they sent 2 letters previously but I absolutely did not receive them resulting in me having to pay a significant amount more than the original fine whilst on maternity leave! When I queried this I was told it was basically too late to pay the original amount and it was up to me to prove I’d not had the first 2 letters. Pay the huge fine or be taken to court! Absolutely shocking! I was not disputing the parking fine, I’d just have liked the opportunity to pay the original amount as I would’ve done had I actually received any letters from Premier Parking.

Absolute scammers
Absolute scammer, a company. Absolute scammer, a company I paid through the RingGo app in a car park where I’ve paid before yesterday received a letter from Premier Park saying I owe them £100 when I had already made a payment. I went into the venue where we parked and they said that the land has been purchased due to the new hotels that were in the town. when we parked there there was no new signs up to say that it was private parking. The letter I received was a final chance to pay before action these company. This company is an absolute bully. You can’t speak to anyone. You have to do everything automated or online, you try to appeal and you have to have a 10 digit verification code and you can’t get that code, absolutely money grabbing little s*#ts!

Absolute in-humane and unprofessional money grabbers that work there.
The company who owned the car Park contacted this company to confirm I was a customer that day on multiple occasions and they ignored them. so not only rubbish service to the people they are stealing money from, rubbish to there clients as well.
they also have cost there customers and other businesses with this poor service, as I will never use one of there car parks or any company that supports them again!!!
