Dropped car off 5am and only waited about 5 mins for a driver to take us straight to terminal 2.
On return called office once collected luggage, Moby came to get us. We didn’t wait long for him at all.
Minibus was clean and comfortable.
Driver was lovely.
Had car back and on our way home within 30/40 mins of getting our luggage.

I would avoid at all costs use APH Manchester parking 🚨‼️

Itravelled with my family, including three children under four years old, and booked airport parking for seven days.

Upon returning from holiday, we experienced significant delays collecting our vehicle and were left waiting with young children. When the vehicle was returned, I discovered scratches that were not present before drop-off, missing fuel, and a live rodent inside the vehicle. Baby items left in the vehicle had been chewed and contaminated.

I have timestamped photographs showing the condition of the vehicle before handover and after collection, along with correspondence with the company. I have also raised concerns regarding the condition of the site and the transport vehicles used for customer transfers.

The company has responded to my complaint, however refusing to accept liability . I have photos taken of the car on drop off . I don’t believe it’s a full legit buiness and the staff are full working citizens. I don’t think they are all legal to drive . And I don’t believe that there transport vans are roadworthy. I have sent this over to Manchester evening news and my solicitor will be in touch !

Amazing service and people. Especially Mobi who picked us up. We were running late for departure and the brother in the office when his way to drop us straight to our terminal. Will be using this company again & i would recommend.
