An absolute con. I challenged my parking fine, initially with Premier Park and after getting a negative response (surprise!) took my grievance to POPLA. After a long delay, POPLA supported Premier par... Zobacz więcej

Premier Park - appealed to Store owner.
Premier Park are a very difficult company to deal with. On this occasion, we 'appealed' to the better nature of the Store we'd been in (for longer+ than the allowed duration that PP state), and they (Costco) arranged a cancellation, this being our 'first time' to get such PCN.
Received a lovely little post Christmas…
Received a lovely little post Christmas fine for parking on private land, despite me having a nice, clearly displayed visitors permit on my dashboard. Of course they take the photo of your car from half a mile away so it can’t be seen - currently appealing so will see how this plays out! Absolute vultures.
disproportionate fines
A company who's main revenue stream is parking fines - they are not interested in being fair because they make so much money catching you out and punishing you to the fullest amount with extortionate and disproportionate fines. I would literally rather be homeless than end up working for this company to make ends meet. Clowns
No surprises here
Just dropped in to clarify that this mob are not worth another moment of my energy on an appeal, I won’t bother having taken a couple of minutes to read a few reviews.
So another one whacked in the pocket for the crime of parking on a white line - Late into the evening in a quiet car park.
This countries hatred of its working class and the total lack of control surrounding these legalised scams is absolutely baffling to me.
Predatorial company
Predatorial company. They sit in cars and watch to see if you are leaving on foot from the part of the retail park that they manage. I hope they rot in hell.
Terrible company 14 minutes £60
How can you issue a fine for exceeding 14 minutes of parking during the holiday season when there are queues to enter and exit the parking lot and to find a free space? What kind of awful company does this during the festive period? A 14-minute overstay and a £60 penalty—what you are doing is disgraceful.
Awful robbery company
Here’s a review in English:

Scum bags
Scum bags , charging money for the tyre on the white line, not even out the bay!!!
Government need to look at these companies and close them down...this was in Birmingham B12JS.
Bushes are overgrown and glass in the bay obstructing my vehicle, but that's alright! I sent an appeal and I've not had a response to either! Just keep getting letters sent increasing the charge! DISGUSTING!
Parking fine issued for no reason
Paid a parking charge that was issued incorrectly by this scam company.
I was issued a fine after parking at a shopping center, paying fully for my stay, contesting the fine by showing proof of payment for parking in the car park. Was told that I didn't pay for parking, regardless of the evidence that the payment was made. So I had decided to pay their fine so I wouldn't have to deal with then again. It's mins blowing how this company is allowed to operate, by scamming people.
Premier Daylight Robbery
Millendreath, Cornwall.
I was charged an £70 fine, regardless of my permit for the area. I appealed the fine as I park my car in the area for work which involves loading heavy laundry bags into and out of my vehicle - they agreed to lower the fine to £20 as that particular area isn’t applicable for my type of permit. Which I was happy with and didn’t mind paying, and the same day I paid it off as far as I was aware. 2 months later I received a letter saying it’s still outstanding - it’s gone up to £100 and I could get taken to court because of the webpage error and me being unaware of this. No communication after the mishap even though they had all my contact details just a letter 4 days before Christmas. Bullshit company
A fraudulent company that fines people…
A fraudulent company that fines people even when they can prove they have purchased a ticket. Send threatening letters but no way of contacting them.
I have contacted Watch Dog about them - fingers crossed they will follow it up.
Ignor disabled badges unless maybe you…
Ignor disabled badges unless maybe you in bay as to lazy to look
And pay for wardens so rely on camera to get reg on leaving . Expect you to read terms and conditions .Appealed but rejected. I will never go to Sainsbury again dartford. It all smells to me of unfair play in my opinion.
No need to write a full review…
No need to write a full review regarding my experience, as it will be the same as all the other. They are just another parking company with ridiculous rules, knowing that a large amount of people will breach and they will be able to take an extortionate amount for the privilege. If only something was done about these companies
Debt recovery plus work together with…
Debt recovery plus work together with premier parking, they both must be illegal companies with illegal practices, when you appeal they do not send you a letter or email with the answer, there is no way to contact them, next thing you receive is a letter to pay higher amounts or to go to court. Absolutely vile
I recently received a parking fine and…
I recently received a parking fine and appealed it with proof of payment. Despite providing clear evidence, they insisted the fine was issued correctly. I refuse to pay and will await court proceedings.
So I am disabled and parked over the…
So I am disabled and parked over the line as a motor bike was parked in the space next to me which wasn’t a space. I was coming back to my car when I noticed the bike has gone but a coloured guy taking a photo of the back of my car which was ok but then he proceeded to take a smiling selfie whilst pointing at my car …clearly an enforcement agent with absolutely no ID or uniform a low life making fun of people… totally unethical and no point appealing maybe it was his motorbike and he got what he wanted because I was in the shop 5 minutes! He was obviously with someone he was carrying a child’s coat
Disgraceful, unscrupulous company
Disgraceful company. They have defective cameras at the Millendreath car park in Cornwall that inaccurately record the time.....BEWARE!!!!
I contacted the DVLA, the British Parking Association, Trading Standards, the local councillors, Cornwall Tourist Board, Action Fraud and even HMRC
Whilst I was told told on several occasions that their behaviour was very dubious, unfortunately they push the 'law' to the limit.
I contacted Millendreath Valley Resorts for them to be made aware of the unscrupulous company they use to manage their carpark only to be met with a wall of silence.
My advice DO NOT PARK AT ANY PREMIER PARK CAR PARKS and do not holiday at MILLENDREATH VALLEY RESORTS
Case number 772256
I find it difficult to understand how car park companies can continue to exploit customers without any intervention from the government or local authorities. It seems there are no penalties or actions taken against these companies to address their unfair practices, leaving customers vulnerable and frustrated.
I stayed at the Premier Inn Hotel in Slough from September 2023 until the first week of October 2024 for work-related reasons. During my stay, the parking machine inside the Premier Inn, which is used to register vehicles, was out of order. I reported the issue and provided photographic evidence showing that the machine was not functioning. Despite this, Premier Park has sent me yet another letter demanding a £100 fine.
This situation is incredibly frustrating because the fault lies with their faulty equipment, not with me. However, I am still being held responsible and expected to pay the penalty. Normally, I have had positive experiences staying at Premier Inn Hotels, but after this unfair treatment, I have decided to stop staying there. What started as a wonderful experience has been completely ruined by this incident.
It is truly disheartening to see companies like this continue to operate without accountability, exploiting customers and ignoring fair complaints. I hope measures are taken in the future to prevent such unfair practices from happening to others.
