Absolute clowns. I've just received a parking charge notice stating I left the site of the car park I parked in and therefore breached the parking restrictions. What evidence have Premier Park provided of me leaving the site? 3 photos of my car parked up. That's it. Absolutely nothing to suggest or demonstrate that I left the site. Good luck defending this one with the Independent Appeals Service!

So we have just received 2 parking fines for overnight stays lol Truth is we have a employee who we pick up on a Morning and drop off after work. These conning Muppets sent the fines with our reg going in at 7pm ISH and coming out at 10 the next morning. But what they have actually done is put the two visits and posted 2 out of the four visits to make it look like the car was there over night, which it most definitely was not. They took the arriving picture on the night dismissed the car going and put on the one going from after the employee was picked up. These scamming scroats should be done for this good job there is doorbell footage of us coming back on both evenings. So beware, go anywhere with these clowns dealing with parking make sure U have proof that U did not stay overnight this a new scam they have come up with. Disgusting

This firm is conning, deceiving and they try to obtain money by bulling you with the fright of court proceedings. I went all the way with them and they had no evidence and withdraw but now I am pursuing them for my cost.

The worst scam company ever, they are stealing money from honest citizens through their sneaky ways. I am so pissed about them. Shame on you, Premierpark!!!! someone has their direct email or number?

Parked in pub car park that was free for customers. Entered reg number in the pub but must have missed hitting a confirmation button. Premier sent £60 fine. I had till receipts and. Bank details to show we had eaten in the pub but they refused my appeal and I had to appeal again to independent arbitrator. All maximising hassle so they could try and screw some money out of me.

Doesn't deserve 1 star. Drove in no spaces drove out. They are trying to take me to court . Criminals should be locked up.

We pulled onto the Hilton Brook(Derby), car park because my wife had to stabilise a hypoglycemic event which is a medical emergancy. We then went into the pub but decided not to stay. Several days later we recieved a fine of £60 for a 24 minute stay. We appealed but got knocked back. We did not see any signs. This was a medical emergency but they do not care. Why are scamers like this allowed to carry on trading.

Bunch of revenue chasers. Parked at Rico Arena Shopping Centre car park Coventry and was charged £60-00 for not parking fully in a parking bay despite the fact it was near the end of the day and the car park was as good as empty. I could understand it if I had prevented someone else parking but given the car was empty, this was not the case. Never shopping there again! If they do this sort of thing on a regular the Rico shopping centre will be going out of business.

What a bunch of cowboys. Had some work done on my car at Halfords. Car was with them for several hours. A few days later i received a parking fine. Went to Halfords who sent proof that they were working on the car. Job done or so I thought. A couple of weeks later got a threatening letter through saying they are going to be sending the debt collector in. Good luck with that! Proof sent again this time by me. Anything other than an apology will not be accepted unless it’s compensation for the time i have wasted!! The bill is adding up …….

Criminals. Fined for my tyres being on the white line in a parent bay at the end of the car park. Was work thin that day ?

Avoid, paid the £20 to park for my sons young voices event only to return to the car to find they had deliberately blocked dozens of cars in. I had to therefore wait 40 mins for people to return to their cars before I could leave. Consequently uoon driving home to the lake district after the event to meet my sons coach I was 20 mins late for his collection, he was very upset. The staff are totally useless, avoid.

I HAVE A BLUE BADGE YET THEY ARE CHASING ME FOR £100 FOR PARKING IN A DISABLED BAY AT MY LOCAL RETAIL PARK.

I HAVE PROVEN I HAVE ONE AND THAT IT SLIPPED OFF THE DASHBOARD I ASSUME WHEN CLOSING THE DOOR BUT IT IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH APPARENTLY.

Aggressive, unfair, and possibly unlawful parking enforcement.

I received a fine from Premier Parking Solutions despite unclear signage and a faulty payment machine that reinforced my belief no payment was required. When I later tried to settle the charge in good faith, they continued pursuing me with excessive, unjustified extra charges through BW Legal.

Their customer service is nonexistent—they make it difficult to dispute charges, and they do not respond in a fair or timely manner. They also force you to use a convoluted online system rather than provide a direct email for appeals.

I would advise anyone dealing with them to challenge their charges and escalate complaints to the landowner, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), and regulatory bodies like the British Parking Association (BPA) if applicable. Their tactics rely on people giving up rather than fighting back.

Avoid any car park operated by Premier Parking Solutions Ltd if you can.

Absolute scum scammers. Both Premier park ltd and debt recovery plus, when are the government going to do something about them, I can only surmise they are of the same breeding probably being back handed to turn a blind eye.
We are supposed to be a civilised country, not in my eyes.

Got a ticket on a hire car which the rental company paid. PremierPark will not let you appeal even if you are innocent and can prove it because the fine is paid . The restaurant I was parked at tried to get the fine cancelled but PremierPark just replied that the fine has been paid.
Even a written appeal by Post just gets the same arrogant response.
Their website won't let you enter an appeal if the fine is paid and they give no email contact address which just shows what sort of creepy outfit this is.

Christmas Shopping traffic on the 21st of December and the single entrance/exit is blocked by a 6 car length delivery truck, so no-one can get in or out of the parking lot. Stand Still not even able to get out of the parking bay for an hour with my 2 small children in the car, 1 and 5 years old at 18:00. After 45 minutes of crying and screaming, I walked to get them some food and the only place in the industrial area is 22 minutes walk away. Clear evidence from CCTV and the Staff at Curry's PC World trying to stop people from attacking each other in the parking lot and they just say....

"Whilst we note your comments and reason for appeal, we can confirm that the maximum stay period within this car park is 3 hours. As your vehicle was on site for 3 hours and 57 minutes, this was an overstay of 57 minutes. The signage on site clearly sets out the terms and conditions of parking, including the maximum stay period. There are no exceptions to these terms and we can therefore confirm that this PCN has been issued correctly."

What would I be doing at Curry's for 3hrs and 57 minutes!!!!!!!!! Waste more of my time appealing to a third party. Take your £60 and enjoy your millions stolen from hard working people. Shameful.

Oh Wow. Didnt receive the first letter only the 2nd one with FINAL CHANCE- no option to appeal ONLY to Pay. Had to wait for the debt recovery letter...for them to be as rude as anything - so unhelpful. All i wanted to do was appeal as i have proof of payment.........

Oh what a surprise average score for your company is 1*. You conned me when I parked to charge my EV for half hour at the Wheatsheaf in Cannock as apparently there are signs to say it is for patrons only, but the pub was shut!! The pub say the chargers are not public but only for patrons. BIG CON!!!
