I mistakenly thought this car park was part of our permit parking area. It is not normal noted as a car park that is exempt.
I parked here twice never been here before for two medical appointments.
I tried to appeal and received an automated email for both appeals with the same reply. They don’t read the appeals, they don’t think out the box, they basically don’t care at all they just want your money. It’s disgusting how much they fine you. £120 for a ten minute park thinking I was covered by Torbay car park permits. They are modern day thieves and don’t care what your predicament is.

Wrost company ripped me off issue parking fine while I parked in a designated area.

This company is acting fraudulently and illegally. There is no possibility of appealing a ticket; the email address does not work and the only telephone number is a recorded message to enable payment.

I entered a small car park near Cheltenham for the sole purpose of charging my car - I did not need to park. The charging machine was not working, so I left the car park, correctly believing that I had not parked. I have NEVER not paid in a car park.
I received the parking notice and tried to appeal - the email address does not work and there is no way of contacting the company by telephone. I therefore sent a letter via mail. I did not get a response but received a further notice. I again appealed, and again no response.
I have now received a threatening letter, the wording of which is carefully designed to intimidate and bully - demanding payment of £100.
I am about to contact Trading Standards and the parking standards body.
I will ensure that I never park in a car park managed by this vile, illegal and unethical company in future.
In normal circumstances I would fight this all the way, but having a son dying from a brain tumour, I have real life things to contend with and to spend precious time on.
I would just urge everyone in similar situations to report these shameful business operators to trading standards, your MP, the parking standards body - and to avoid their car parks.

I am absolutely disgusted by the service and complete lack of transparency from Premier Parking. I recently received a £100 parking fine after using a car park that, unbeknownst to me, was owned by Premier Parking and was a paid car park.

There were no clear or visible signs indicating that payment was required. I had visited Planet Ice with several children for a party, and at no point was I informed that the parking was not free. If I had been properly informed, I would have made sure to pay the £2 parking fee or whatever the charge was.

To issue a fine for something as important as parking without clear communication or proper signage is nothing short of a scam. It is appalling that Premier Parking isn’t taking responsibility for ensuring customers are aware of the charges. Absolute scammers and I will never use a car park with thei name attaced ot it again! DISGUSTING

There is no customer services number to talk to anyone.....for a reason?

They provided very poor details on why we had incured a fine for breaching parking conditions. We assumed they had erroneously meant we had exceeded a 3h parking limit and provided evidence to disprove this. Rejecting our appeal, they then stated "our operative observed you leaving the site on foot" which essentially means we went to a different shop on the retail park site (which oddly has 3 parking operators for the 3 different parking areas there....). I thought that I would add this review (not that anyone chooses to use such services) just as a warning to anyone parking in the Lidl/Smyths part of the Sears Retail Park in Solihull.

Lidl are not to blame for this and have been 100% helpful. However, maybe they are the only people who can exert any influence on how their customers are treated by this company at this location.

An absolute disgrace, legalised scam who prey on vulnerable people. I am in my late 70's and I was clearly parked in a disabled bay, displaying my current up to date blue badge on my seat (as it always slides off the dashboard). The scammer cleverly photographed the front of my car at a low angle to not show my badge clearly displayed on my seat. I reported this to Carlisle police. I would give zero stars if possible for this parasitic, scamming company who need appropriate justice given to them.

HIS company is NONE compliant with the companies Act 2006 section (44) ( rendering the PCN fraudulent) NO ONE IN PREMIER PARK accepts Liability as a company. PREMIER PARK LTD beliefs are absolutely ludicrous and the innocents of people fall for there SCAM. This business is full of RED flags. They go to great lengths with the bully/harassment antics believing they have such POWER. Advice for the people KEEP YOUR EVIDENCE, CHALLENGE IT AND USE IT. The burden of proof lays with the CEO Paul Dawson that HE'S NOT COMMITTING FRAUD AND THE DEMAND for money with terrorism in the form of a PCN.

My father is very olddly person he has been Argos customer for 10 years he always use the same car park he didn't see new rules as he has Disabled and parked out off the box so I wrote to them to for give my father this time also have sand them the Disabled Badge picture but they no you have to pay which is really sad that they don't care about a Disabled person also this problem has caused him mental health worries they took about 20 day to replay back

It is a bottom feeding scammer. Debt recovery letter for £155 despite no letter sent this I believe is the business model as you can't prove that it wasn't received, they don't even have to prove they sent it!!!
Government legislation needs to change to prevent these vultures from preying on people, especially in the current financial climate

** This company now allows employees (wardens) to pick up there children from private school in a private vehicle parked on the school premises.

On foot they’ve then entered someone else’s property to obtain a picture of my vehicle. Two steps across the road they’ve taken another picture both at length.

There is a lamppost with parking restrictions on but they decided to drive past my vehicle and obtain a further picture again at distance plus the signage.

Basically if your picking kids up from school you shouldn’t be working but that is the dishonesty of this company.

Went to a hockey match at Leeds Planet Ice. When I arrived there were no spaces for blue badge holders and several cars without blue badges. I had to drop off my disabled mother and park elsewhere. After the game I went the car and game back to get her. The pick up space was full so I drove into a space in the now completely empty car park. She has hurt her leg and took a wee bit time getting organised. I hadn't realised you had to pay at all times, but even at that I was only loading. In any event got a ticket. Explained the situation on appeal, but appeal refused. They are not a parking management company but a racket.

Someone should look at this scamb company , just go for shopping and week later you'll receive a penalty charge that you can't even remember whats it for , specially at this time that people hardly affords cost of living and they scamb people like this, shame on you !!!

Well I have just returned home after 3 weeks as an inpatient in hospital to find a Parking Charge Notice with my mail for a vehicle which has no connection to me..
First question is HOW DID THEY MANAGE TO GET MY ADDRESS ?
Second question is how can they send me a Parking Charge Notice for a vehicle which is NOT REGISTERED TO ME OR OWNED BY ME ?
Somebody somewhere is not very professional in sending out PCN's to the wrong person who has no connection with the vehicle concerned.
Looking at earlier comments seems to be a regular practice time the ombudsman started looking at their complaints.

Sadly will never ever go here again. We spent a lovely hour down the Marina , used the local businesses and have to say enjoyed it. Then for the joy of the visit and supporting local businesses , we had a letter from Premier parking. This letter was a demand for £100 for parking fine.

If the businesses want people to enjoy the area ...My advise would be to stop these sleaze ball companies sucking your hard earned money from you

Its a Honey Trap carpark , purely there to post fines to you after the fact. We paid , and then week later had a penalty notice stating we over stayed. Sent them the receipt , but still stated they were proceeding with invoice. My advise to anyone is stay away from this carpark , and any other premierpark run sites. I for one will never go to Portishead again , will contact the landowner , MP and the businesses there explaining my reasons

This company DO NOT have motorcycle friendly parking facilities for motorcycles, as all motorcyclists know, the abuse given by car drivers is apparent in car parks, when a motorcycle takes a space in the car park, so to avoid this, a motorcycle being at least one third of the size of most cars, motorcyclists elect to park in places where there is little or no footfall, this works for all concerned, apart from PPS who do not understand their failings where designated motorcycle parking is concerned, local councils have these facilities, and for most part, due to common sense, and the size of motorcycles, do not charge for parking, most bikers park shop and leave within 20 minutes or less, leaving the area un-blemished, and no abuse from car drivers…
