The Premier Park car park at Argos on the Old Kent Road in south London has what can only be an *entrapment space*. The white lines aren't there, but you don't notice as it's exactly the same space as the other parking spaces and is by the kerb. The only reason to waste this carparking space is in order to mislead customers. Of course the fine doesn't arrive until a week later.

Parked in a disabled parking spot clearly displaying blue badge but after Appeal, they have written back to say that as they use ANPR cameras to log entry and exit times then a parking ticket should be purchased so the fine stands! My husband had to attend an urgent medical appointment which I had sent evidence but to no avail… Disgusted by the way this organisation is making money, they lack empathy clearly. To add insult to injury the disabled parking spots were nowhere near the steps you have to use to walk off the site. Do not use car parks “managed” by this organisation. I am appalled by it all as if I haven’t got enough to worry about.

£100 for not parking fully in white lines even though the white line I parked over isn't even a parkig space. The spaces need to be wider anyway so you can get out of your car without banging the car next to you.
Never mind, another easy £60 for this rip off company. Just got the letter 3 days before my 14 days were up.
Hope I never see the jobsworth taking photos of cars so you can issue these fines.

These lot are scamming people. Paid my parking by cash but unfortunately binned my ticket after. Got a ticket come through saying I never paid. Even though they have me on camera paying for a ticket and putting it on my screen. KEEP YOUR OLD TICKETS be warned!!!!

Entered at 11.18. Ticket bought at 11.20 valid until 16.20. Left 13.51. Still got a fine through the post and the only way to appeal is in writing. No phone number. No email. I have the ticket to prove it with the correct reg entered. They are absolute cowboys.

I've received a parking notice from this company, which is fine, as i did park there, but i cannot send an appeal. my stay was only 25 mins over the signage statement. none of the emails work, there is no contact number, so how am i supposed to appeal against this charge

Awful. Constantly allow illegal parking literally under their own no parking sign, and when this is reported they do nothing.

the machine would not allow more than half and hour, no matter how often one pressed +. So we paid for half and hour and then got a parking ticket for £100.
The company are operating a scam but no one seems to do anything about i.

Couldnt get out of costco carpark in cardiff as the football had finished so the roads were gridlocked, couldnt even get out of my parking space, disputed but turned down, absolute c@&ts

The worst company ever!!! They didn't send any letters to me, regarding my missed payment, and straight away sending the debt collectors , what a scam! I would pay that bloody £70 instead of £170 now! Been rang them for 2 bloody hours, and nobody picked the *ucking phone!

I visited Millendreath Cornwall- and parked in their car park as no other parking is available. I paid the parking fee using my Direct Debit card on the 13th Sept 2025. The fee was taken from my account on the 15th - Sept - and on the 17th Sept they issued a PCN which was not received until the 25th Sept. I have appealed the decision but this looks and feels like a scam. I am waiting to hear the outcome of the appeal made today.

They gave me a parking ticket for parking in the car park at my flat, which I have a permit for. I appealed and it was rejected because I was in front of a disused garage. There were no proper spaces because they don't do their job and cars without permits take all the spaces.

As with most on here, got a Parking “invoice” from these lot for parking on the white line in an end bay at Coventry Arena carpark, with no impact to others or safety concern identified. lesson learnt, don’t bother shopping there, stick to online. If there was an award for an absolute parasite on society, these leaches win hands down 👍 how these lot are even legal is amazing.

I've appealed against a parking fine only to discover I've been charged £7.99 for the privilege.

Parked my vehicle in Arena Car park Coventry, I admit the error that I made, however Premier Parking have a very blinkered view, not sympathetic to the circumstances. So will have pay lesson dont shop at CBS Arena again. Not impressed with them.

I parked in a carpark at Portishead marina it says disabled badge first 3 hours free & to scan badge
only stayed 1 hour
another sign said scan badge on way out
when you go to do this it says this badge already in use
not sure whether i should have scanned upon arrival or just leaving
its not clear at all
so hoping its ok & wont receive a parking fine

Tried to fine me £100 for parking at a pub, reduced to £60 for prompt payment, I proved that I had been a customer t the place, but they declined the appeal. They offered me a one time offer to reduce the fine to £20. What sort or racket are these running? If they thought they were in the right they would not reduce it this much, so they are still trying to coherse me to pay even theough they know they have no right to.
I didnt pay it, they crawled away to harrass someone else.
Imagine any other industry getting away with this, changes are slowly coming to strangle these rat companies out of existence.

Shocking comms, had to search for the complaints email address. Appeals form missing, misleading information on their parking charge notices, Scam company.

I have been fined for visiting a unit at the back of this premises. I work with kids in care and was unable to leave the area. I received my fine and 2 days later had to pay £100 as my 14 days was over. I can’t appeal as the emails address’s do not work and can’t call absolute joke of a company robbing thieves.

Tried chasing me for a PCN issued at a Fitness First gym despite me being a registered patron. They continued for years until they finally got the minerals to take me to court.

Hilariously, their solicitor (let's call her Flipper 🐬😂) carried on arguing with the judge because she had no idea what she was doing and continuously interrupted her (all the while sounding like a cross between one of those screaming goats you see on YouTube and a frigged lawn mower). She even tried to do this when the judge was passing down her judgment 😂, Superb.

Anyway, after me and the judge had settled down after a good laugh, I was held not to be liable and was also awarded £60 which was rather nice. Flipper 🐬said she would appeal the verdict but this never happened and she folded like a deck chair. Remember, resources are out there to beat these parasites, it really isn't that hard. Just hold your nerve and you may receive a cheque in the post 😂
