Dirty low down cowboys

I cant review and give 0 stars...Visited Vue cinema, car park was very busy so I parked in what i thought was a space. No do not park signs, no writing on the floor saying keep clear nothing. Got a ticket through the post yesterday saying I wasn't parked in a legal spot. I was not causing any issues and thought it was a usable parking space.... these people are cheap low down highway robbers.... by the look of it so does everyone else... we need to stop using the these rip off cowboy private companies for leisure areas where it is free parking anyway...

1 star is a bonus

1 star is a bonus , can’t get hold of the customer services ! Disgrace of a company! Give you 14 days to pay a reduced charge but if you want to get hold of them it takes longer thus creating extra charges !

Two visits to the New Hall Hey site in…

Two visits to the New Hall Hey site in Rossendale on 22/12/2025.One at lunchtime exiting car park at 12.26 on exit camera .Again the other in the evening exiting at 19.22 on exit camera.
Thier notice is stating the 12.26 camera was the entry picture .Appeal by post only.What a bunch of clowns

Received a parking fine

Received a parking fine. Photograph on letter was a white car, mines blue… I live in the south… the fine was issued in Leeds and the number plate didn’t match mine! Last two letters were wrong way around. No way of calling these people to sort quickly, instead it’s going to take online ‘appeal’ so annoying as it’s got nothing to do with me. Why can’t they just have a telephone number for us to call?

Hi where do I begin,Attended family event at Planet Ice Solihull used car park signed for patrons only, so far so good purchased ticket for 3 hours again so far so good on entering from Lode Lane ANPR camera records entry and when leaving camera records departure,but what you are not aware if you overstay the time calculated is from time of entry to time of exit, so for example you arrive at say 1pm take 5 minutes to park and pay for 1 hour and leave at say 2 minutes after 2 pm you have already overstayed because when you purchased ticket that time is not used to calculate time by using entry and exit times with no allowance for parking and leaving I would argue wrong method used, should be singned as pay on entry.According to BPA PNC should not issued using photographic evidence alone,the entry time should only be used to prove you were there not that you were parked.time should from time of ticket purchase. My PNC claims I was parked at the time I had left, the only thing my car and the tardis have in common is they are both blue.So course of action Pay, Appeal? ,Complain to BPA to investigate possible breach of Code of practice by their member, Complain to venue,Local council and trading standards,Office of Fair Trading, Local MP, Martin Lewis he gets plenty of air time, the paper of the people ie the Sun newspaper,they pay for stories, I know all this seems extreme but as long as this practice continues nothing will change and the public will continue to be rinsed.All the above actions will only cost you time all information is out there,Another good line of enquirey Companies house all free names of directors and some usefull addresses.Good luck

Most disgusting parking place I have…

Most disgusting parking place I have ever dealt with!y wheels were out of the bay due to a car parked next to me being over the line!! But when they took a photo of my car the car that was parked over the line was gone and made me look like I parked like an idiot! Tried appealing and explaining this but didn’t want to know. If you ever see “premier parking” avoid at all costs cause the low life’s will take photos of your car and fine you if you aren’t parked straight!

I went to Macdonalds for like 10 mins

I went to Macdonalds for like 10 mins, then went back to the same retail park 12 hours later only to get a ticket to say I was there 14 hours, can’t appeal as the email address bounces back can’t call and speak to anyone just stuck with a £100 fine

They should be ashamed of themselves. PCN was issued on 28/10/25 and I received my first letter from them on 08/12/25…yes you read that right! To double down on it that exact same day I received a debt collectors letter for the same charge, how is that possible?!
I spoke with the debt collectors and they told me to contact premier park and also advised me that they sent another letter on 14/11/25 which I still haven’t received and today is 16/12/25!!

I emailed them and got a response 10 mins later where they denied liability. They clearly have admin issues/carelessness as I can see I’m not the first to experience this but they do not care. I’m going to the tribunals!

Rogue Traders - Do not even deserve 1 STAR

My experience with parking at a car park owned by Premier Park Ltd was really awful. I paid £2.20 on their SIPPI App which was sufficient for 60 minutes but got a PCN for £100 even though I was there 40 minutes. Thereafter they intimidated me with threatening letters from Debt Collection Companies. This should be stamped on by the authorities. In the end I had to pay a further £170 to these rogues.

What an awful awful company.

I paid for my parking but because I used cash and didn't keep my parking ticket I couldn't prove I had tried to appeal but of course they wouldn't care to look at CCTV or payment history.

Predatory and unethical company

Predatory and unethical company. Avoid at all costs.
I stopped at an EV charging station for around 20 minutes, stayed inside my vehicle the whole time, paid for my charging session, and still received a £100 parking fine from Premier Park. The signage at the site was unclear and the “QR code registration” that supposedly prevents fines was practically invisible. The charger itself simply says “tap and charge,” so no reasonable driver would know they must also pay for parking while charging.

Premier Park rejected my appeal instantly, without acknowledging the obvious fact that I was there to charge my car — not park it. Their ANPR system treats EV charging as unauthorised parking, which is misleading and unfair. After reading online reviews, it’s clear that many drivers have fallen into the exact same trap at this location. This is not a one-off issue — it’s a pattern.

This company appears to profit from confusion, poor signage, and misunderstandings rather than providing fair or transparent parking enforcement. Because of this experience, I will never park anywhere that has the Premier Park name on it ever again.

Extremely disappointing. I strongly advise others to avoid any car park managed by Premier Park to avoid being caught by the same unfair system.

Robbing chunts

Robbing chunts. Clearly just scaremonger people to pay fines by stating they will take them to court/ for a ccj debt collection if money isn’t paid.
Unfortunately I have paid for the easy life because I can’t be arsed with the hassle however I still believe that the parking charge notice given to me was unfair given my circumstances. But the appeal was rejected under discriminatory grounds.

An absolute discussing company to deal with

An absolute discussing company to try to deal with. Got a parking fine, and every time I tried to pay it kept coming up as not recognised then tried to contact them, and there is no way of speaking to anyone about issues you maybe having. Now I have to wait for the bill to go to a debt collector so I might be able to speak to someone then....

The worst

The worst, scamming company I’ve ever dealt with.
I parked in their space, tried to pay via Ringo as directed but the location wasn’t available on the app.
I had to run for a train so had to leave my car there.
When I appealed my fine they called in the debt collectors in with no warning.
