I've just returned from a wonderful week in Puglia.
So many stunning places visited.
The Hotel Del Levante is great, the restaurant serves delicious food in true authentic Italian style by a friendly waiting staff.
Mario the the coach driver is brilliant and last but certainly not least is Luca the best and most knowledgeable tour manager you could wish for.

Road Trip was a shambles …
Not long returned from Canada and New England in the Fall. Boston was fine, the Holland America Cruise up to Quebec was okay, some of the ports were a bit "one horse town" ish.
The holiday really went downhill when we got to Quebec. The tour manager, Kim, really had little idea of what to do with us. She said we could quote her by saying "the itinerary is really bad". We had an itinerary but she didn't want to stick to it....wanted to skip the shopping mall as half a dozen people had told her they didn't want to go shopping and she also didn't want to go to Portland.
As for the Kancamangus trail.....total misrepresentation by Newmarket....we couldn't see ANYTHING as the trees on both sides of the road are at least 40feet high.
Will not be using Newmarket again, expensive and underwhelming.

It is disappointing to learn that our representative did not follow the scheduled itinerary and suggested bypassing planned stops like the shopping center and Portland. We expect our staff to deliver the complete planned experience and we will be addressing this behavior with our team to ensure it does not happen again.
We also note your disappointment with the views along the mountain highway. We will review how we describe this scenic route in our promotional materials to ensure we set accurate expectations for future travelers. Your detailed insights are invaluable as we work to improve our travel packages.

Booking with Newmarket Travel.
Before booking our holiday to Puglia with Newmarket we had a few queries needing answers before booking.
We rang Newmarket and were answered by Neil Henderson who was excellent to deal with. He answered all of our questions clearly to the extent that we booked our holiday there and then. The call was to this country unlike some travel companies who operate from overseas. Neil was clear concise and easy to deal with understanding our concerns and clarifying the situation. Super effort so far and hope the holiday now lives up to expectations.

Just returned from a Canadian Rockies and Vancouver Island tour with Newmarket. Simply excellent - well thought out and balanced itinerary, very good hotels, Newmarket gave us the best possible "taste" of Canada.
